Just got the service today, applied from SS2 at 3pm and was activated at around 10pm.
So far so good, downloading from rapidshare.com at about 600kbps. Will update soon with speedtest. |

7.2mbps will be phasing out soon.
By end of this year other mobile operators around Asia such as those in HK, Singapore and Australia will launch a (3x3) MIMO version of HSDPA increasing the current 7.2mbps to 3X which could harnest a top speed of 21.6mbps. It will be called HSPA+ or E-HSDPA(Enhanced HSDPA) technology. This upgrade is equivalent to what EDGE is to GPRS as it is called 3.75G mobile. After this LTE will replace the 3rd generation as 4G.
