Is the battery manufactured locally? As long as it would not explode, I guess most of us here would be very interested, especially with the price.

Where did you buy it?

jus a simple reminder...
1800ma battery doesnt mean 100% improvement of your battery life for single charge
around 50%... tat mean 150% from your current usages

but this is cheap, i will go for it (even it not certified as C4 yet) laugh.gif

---
please test!!!

Take out your SIM card. Set to GSM only (No UMTS). Full charge a new battery (original authorised etc.). Leave your h/p at a place and do not touch it at all. Guarantee will reach 200 hours rolleyes.gif

I wonder what's the power usage for you guy's N82 when it's in Power Saver mode. Here's mine, averaging from 0.04W to 0.08W more or less:

GSM only, Wi-Fi off, bluetooth off. Using cClock.

That is how Nokia probably test it.

Or, you can try with 012 and 016 SIM card. Leave and no touch. Preferably no one call the numbers.

Previously I notice 012 drain more than 016 on my N6230.

The application itself, takes up battery power. Try leave it running and how long your battery can last.

I know, I'm not testing how long my battery will last. Just wanted to compare to other N82 users to see if mine is normal.

1) For Nokia 200 hours, take out the SIM card.

2) To test which telco drain more, put and leave the SIM card inside. But you will still not achive 200 hours. Maybe 48-96 hours max.

Two different test.

Ok. I did not run the power test. But mine last on average 1-2 days only. sweat.gif If use GPS longer, half-day or several hours only.

Does anyone know any application (or it is in-built, just that I didn't notice?) that will capture multiple photos at once. Like capturing 5 photos straight so that you can pick the one that look the best?

I remember having that feature when I'm still using K800. Pretty useful especially when you're taking group photos.

Found it.

Built-in. Select sequence mode > Burst (or other variant that you prefer).

I thnk the burst function reduces the quality of a picture. Not so sure though.
