STI still red ler. I hope you're right! I've completed my S'pore shopping. So, up is good news and down is bad news... KLCI red is better news than green. Can buy more mar! Of course, when look at the unrealized loss, feel a bit sad lar! QUOTE(cherroy @ Mar 3 2009, 10:46 AM) I am more refer to worldwide equities. As said KLCI dropped the least lately so bound also the least. We could see STI turn into green, if nothing major news around today and DJ to bound 3 digit tonight. Don't overly pessimistic about the market, market has room to the south but it is not the end of the world. May be 5 years later, we could say haiz how can I miss the boat at that time.

You think scomi can do well??? I thought this share is very much related to our retiring vip. Still can do well after march? I really don't know how strong the company is (minus out all the political deals)... QUOTE(eltaria @ Mar 3 2009, 04:14 PM) Sellers fatique on scomi, after a wave of selling, for the past week, sellers have subsided for now. With some good timing from the Economic plan and a technical rally on the Dow, seems like it has good potential to fly.

I don't know whether those oversea deals are political link nor not. I'll only consider it if it drops to 0.25. QUOTE(eltaria @ Mar 3 2009, 04:22 PM) A lot of people think Scomi's strength is related only to Badawi, but if you really look at their revenues, 80% of it came from overseas. And out of them, a lot are from reputable companies, their latest wins with BP and Mumbai monorail is a testament to their ability. Their fundamental is there, their 4th Quarter in 08 is actually better than 07's 4th Quarter. YOY 08's operational profit is -0.4?% below 07's Add a bit of political farewell presents, all in all, that's pretty good aint it? Added on March 3, 2009, 4:34 pmJust login to M2U. No problem... QUOTE(dilla @ Mar 3 2009, 04:23 PM) Me too burnt and sold at a loss...luckily managed to exit at 0.085 Added on March 3, 2009, 4:29 pmiAnyone experiencing problem with M2U This post has been edited by chyaw: Mar 3 2009, 04:34 PM

Are you playing with forex? QUOTE(cherroy @ Mar 4 2009, 12:59 PM) It is just in-line with most currency movement. USD is rising quite dramatically across vs almost all currencies. For those wish to play with recovery and still afraid in equities, putting some FD into AUD FD could be a good bet on global economy recovery. Now around 2.35 compared to previously 2.70 or 3.10 (highest). Australia economy will benefitted from its plunging currency. Also Australia banking section is not that badly hit as compared to UK and US. Don't mean to recommend it is good as it has fair share or exchange risk, just sharing some opinion. So invest on your own risk.

So, you're the one that is q-ing for Axreit! I'm hoping it to drop further before I get some more... BTW, I bought BSDREIT @1.00 few days ago. We're in the same boat. My loss is around 26% (inclusive fees). And Zelan is my no 2 stock holding QUOTE(eltaria @ Mar 5 2009, 04:11 PM) Zelan, pretty sick... It only takes one such stocks to free fall in your portfolio to wipe off your capital.... Anyone stuck with it? 25% loss dee... would need to gain 50% to break even
