wah, the exercise ratio for this berkshire call warrant gonna be amazing.. 1:10000 if we look at the BRK.B price on NYSE.

http://www.google.com/finance?q=NYSE%3ABRK.B

on related news, berkshire just got a ratings downgrade too
*
Since the exercise price is zero, the exercise ratio is not important here because what matters in trading in zero strike call warrant are:

1.the movement of the underlying share price, and

2.exchange fluctuation

Assuming you invest RM10,000 now when BRK.B is at say usd27,000(for ten units).Five years down the road and on cash settlement date, the price of BRK.B is still usd 27,000 and also assuming the USD/RM rate remained unchanged, you should get back your RM10,000(less incidental expenses).

When asked in an interview, "When do you plan to retire?", Warren Buffet famously replied....

I love my job; I love it so much that I tap dance to work. Mrs. B, the founder of Nebraska Furniture Mark worked until she was 104, she died within 6 months of her retirement, that’s a lesson to all my managers, don’t retire! I personally am going to work 6-7 years after I die, probably that’s what they mean when they say- “Thinking out of the Box”!!

I guess that means we are still ok with a 5 yr warrant whistling.gif

This new instrument good compared to other normal call warrants.
At least it follow underlying share closely without any exercise price and longer time period.
The peak for class B berkshire share was USD5K.
Can double of your capital if it does rise to this figures biggrin.gif

Anyway, when KLSE will allow for put warrants to be trade in KLSE? ... hmm.gif
If it happen, im sure KLSE will be interesting trading exchange platform to trade for. thumbup.gif
