I can't be the only person to have enjoyed this event, right? I mean come on, there were the obvious flaws, but personally, I thought it was a rather well planned and enjoyable event that reminisced the ones in Japan. Kudos to the organizing committee; Looking forward to next year's.

Thank goodness I went off before everything started.

I was yearning for that too    I left early because there is no takoyaki    But I do really agree that the only thing that kept the event alive is the cosplayers. 

We reached about 5 mins after you guys left to makan KFC XD

Event was so boring that I resorted to running live commentary on my laptop.

Calling all Otakus... UCSI Bunkasai Night is the place to be this 5 March. What's there? Heck, there are tonnes of events, such as performances, competitions, booths, games, promotions, Japanese Cuisines, merchandise, and best of all, cosplayers... definitely otaku heaven if you ask me.

Okay, for the non-otaku, Bunkasai, also known as Japanese Cultural Festival, is an annual event held by most schools in Japan at which the students display their everyday achievements. Many people usually visit the cultural festivals just for fun. Food is served, and dances and plays are performed by individual volunteers or clubs. This is the first such Bunkasai organised by the Anime and Manga Club (Animac) of UCSI University.

So, come on down, but beware, you might get turned into otakus as well!
