guys. needed opinions from u guys. I am in need of a sub-rm300 IEM that gives SUPERBASS that could hammer my head, but of course not too flooded vocals and sound quality on the brighter side.

any suggestions?

Just realised....there really isn't any superbass IEMs in your price range....you can either go for cheap IEMs (<RM100) with reasonably strong bass like EP-630 or Soundmagic PL-11. If not, you're already looking at at least RM500 for a set of Atrios, Monster Turbines and X10 (not sure? Supposedly also a bassy IEM)

CrossRoads MylarOne Quattro wouldn't be a bad choice if the budget is not more than RM300.

You definitely won't be disappointed with the bass as it has 3 selectable bass ports. From port #1 (most bass) to port#3 (less bass).

Interesting, always heard about the strong bass of Atrio m5, however I do read the the atrio's clarity is not that gd, which reminds me of the Creative EP630, strong bass but sound muffled that kind of issue?

If you like bass, the JBL Reference 220 is kinda gd, do urself a favour and look up this IEM, reviews aren't bad.

Well, I don't have my Atrios yet, but I chose it based on a lot of feedback saying that it has good quality bass without sacrificing too much clarity unlike most bassy IEMs. I'm not too worried, because I already own two cheap earphones, the PK3 and PL-11 that has thumping bass and good clarity. Surely the USD200 Atrios can't sound any worse than both of them biggrin.gif

At a lower price than JBL Reference 220 i think CrossRoads Woody One/Two is also a good choice for those who prefer warm (bassy) sound signature.

So are you trying to say the Atrio's mids is muddy or? Yea, the price of JBL is cheap here coz it's OEM/simplified version, the retail price of the IEM is used USD99 which is same as the Shure SE102, yet IMO they perform better than the Shure in term of bass without losing the clarity much.

You mean hv I tried all the CrossRoads? No I didn't, I've only tried the cheapest model of the CrossRoads products=Mylarone SVi, which is known to hv the highest clarity of the mylarone series, but to me, I feel like the clarity is no match to the one of Shure, and it's lack in bass(can't blame it because I's advertised that the SVi is not for basshead). However, the Bijou and the Woody should be way better than the SVi from the reviews I read, may be I'll pick either the woody/Bijou one day but that day won't be very soon, tarak bullet now doh.gif

Hahah...Crossroads haven't produced anything that's enough to stir up a mess in Headfi yet though...

I decided i'm not gonna get any IEM for now..hahaha I noticed my KSC has so much air, transparency compared to HD 555..ahahah...Maybe I need to find an amp now..to let my HD 555 fully shine..
