finally tested this phone in the flesh @ sunway pyramid SE outlet.
the cam is not bad. but the keypad is kinda tight :S
and my fren says it looks like k770i.
but i wan that cam!!

Yeah, I agree that it looks very much like the K770i. However, once you hold on hand, you can feel the difference...

One more example from my W995 just for the fun of it. Some helicopters were training for the Merdeka Day celebrations. Notice you can see the helicopter's rotor blades, it's like it's hanging in mid air

Wow, W995 can take really great photos...previously also I was considering whether to take the W995. Not bad!

hahaha.. now imagine how the pictures if takes with cybershot series like k850i or c901i

i tried out the k770i...as mentioned in the k770i thread...battery issues...can't leave it for like 10 hrs on standby mode and the phone dies (even with a battery change)...

changed to the w890i...and yea, get conned for paying a higher AP set price (at rm580) and also was given a 512mb card (second hand) and not the 2gig card (the memory card was given when i bought the k770i, at the price of rm 480)...=(
