You can just simply browse through the last few page. You can see those reward only for those who don't reload a long time.

They do reward for heavy users too, just that you need to pay more to get the rewards. Like reload RM100 to get RM30 credit free.

Yeah, for me, I just don't care anymore. Just give me any rewards also I will see how.

Since when they are not money minded? They are getting 'rude' to customer since I read the minimum RM30 topup to get the points.
As though we use their service by force.

But i thought talk&sms plan no longer exist edy? Replaced by hotlink plan rite.

Hmm I received this message from Hotlink this morning. Starting on the 1st of August, Extra Points will be earned on min RM30 monthly top up and will be credited by the 5th of the following month.

So it's like RM 1 we will earn 2.5 points compared to the RM 1 = 1 point as of now.

They're still there for those who chose not to convert to Hotlink plan.

I didn't read properly. It's getting worse. Not just cannot earn points for reload < RM 30. The points are not going to be credited immediately and have to wait for the following month.

Hahaha... I am actually one of the many people who are still with the old plans.

As for the points right, they should like credit it immediately rather than waiting for the next month. What are they thinking now? We are trying to sweep away and leech all the good deals from them meh?

Previously, call-me bonus only is being implemented in such fashion.

Now, they're doing this to reward bonus as well.

I'm starting to feel disappointed with Hotlink.

for long call using happy... just only happy reception not very good outside klang valley...

It's all marketing strategy.Telco invested billions of ringgit in setting up their infrastructure and they need to get back their investments.

Call me back bonus, reward bonus, supersavers are all just ruse to gain market share. It's quite obvious that Maxis wants to rip at least RM30 /month from each customer, maybe this is the margin to break even.

Yeah. Digi have come out new postpaid plan.

DiGi's new postpaid plans are DG20, DG50, DG150 and DG250, with a monthly commitment fee of RM20, RM50, RM150 and RM250 respectively.
