We are not sure if those starter pack is old starter pack. Do not simply jump to conclusion

Last time I called them, they will know my number instantly and they know me by my name. (guess it appeared on their system). Also, when I disputed my bills, they were very fast in apologizing for their mistake and gave rebate appropriately. They also seemed to know their stuff well and their billing system well.

I recently downgraded my family plus plan from FP50 to FP 30, and they left out the 'CLIP' , sms and call waiting service. Had to call them more than 10 times in THREE days to get the services activated.

I guess maxis is cutting down on quality to get more quantity?

btw, each time u called the customer service were u got received SMS rating the CS??

how much new simpack for hotlink & how much airtime inside?
i saw digi rm8.5 with rm22 airtime .

hotlink rm8.8, inside rm4
digi with rm22 is for a limited period time only la

customer wont care its for limited time only or not mostly.they just want to c a bigger figure.thats all

digi can give extra value more than the price rm8.5,
but hotlink only give rm4 airtime.

im using maxis postpiad nw. i hate d maxis's service which function of show how much u had called is not updated. then make my acct cant reach target wen end of d month of paying bill.

me too. Called them to complain but the customer service people did not understand my question... give up. Maxis postpaid sucks nowadays.

If digi comes up with 3G and there is number portability, I will switch over to Digi.

omg.lately realy too much complaint from end users.its realy maxis service bcm that bad nowadays?i hope sum1 from maxis will read this thread.do some feedback on behalf of us

not all service center people low standard, thier system sometimes got problem too even customer service person also donno how to do.

actually i m more prefer if they provide free customer service line for thier customer.

me always topup rm60 once every two months...

i see the sms oni i straight delete.bcs i think it has nothing to do with me since i am not a rm30 frequent reloader. i prefer reload upon offer
