wanto ask, is it this number 122 still available? why i called but get 'sorry the number u hav dialled is not in service?' 'maxis mobile 17' ?

just called maxis hotlink, the customer service has no idea.... they just said wait few days to see.

by the way, instead of 121, any others way to access to voicemail?

then u should buy few card at a time for future use.

by the way, my case, called customer service , 2 different people saying different thing, the only same thing is they donno wat problem & solving, cause they checked everything is ok but stil like that.

it is normal if received offer msg from hotlink, such a top up how muh get how much free sms,etc...
not all are anoying msg, some are usefull.

may b he just worried about spam sms/ liar sms, wan to cheat money.

some advertisement offer sms, picture,mms on newspaper, better don try or buy, or u will receive their rubbish everyday and each sms charge few cents till few ringgits!

i think they need verification, it is better u & buyer go to maxis center, with some documents to show that u wan change the ownership of that number.
i DONT recommand u send yo IC, personal info for any stranger.

1. hotlink plan has how many plan?
talk plan, sms plan, total plan,easy plan , new hotlink plan?

2. the 'topup rm30 get rm36per minite' only available to new hotlink plan or available for all plan?

2. what is the price for newest hotlink simpack? how many airtime available? how many sms available (got free sms)?
how to activate the new simpack after registered?

digi can give extra value more than the price rm8.5,
but hotlink only give rm4 airtime.

not all service center people low standard, thier system sometimes got problem too even customer service person also donno how to do.

actually i m more prefer if they provide free customer service line for thier customer.

either redeem airtime or sms . others redeem not so worth as the sms voucher can use 1 time only, and there are term & regulations to follow.

The Websphere they use on Hotlink portal seems to be quite slow. Sometimes, you may get a message stated "There is no content available.
