PUGs huh? Always when I see em it's full

when that happens again, try delete a file named "ClientRegistry.blob" in your steam folder, then launch steam again, steam will then run a short update to redownload that file... after that your steam should work fine, this works most of the time...

if not, then it could be due to connection problem within your PC... the least thing you can do is to ensure no other application is active at the background especially those required internet bandwidth during launching of steam... if still doesn't work for a couple of days, visit steam support page for more help...

have to pandai2 a bit if you come online, check the pug servers, and maybe try to figure out when they start playing (something i need to do too ). unless any puggers might here might be kind enough to give us a rough estimate when they usually play? then its simply a matter of waiting.
