when that happens again, try delete a file named "ClientRegistry.blob" in your steam folder, then launch steam again, steam will then run a short update to redownload that file... after that your steam should work fine, this works most of the time...Even tried different ip... still the same... i think Curry/Zero mate curi my steam connection considering previously they can't connectÂ

if not, then it could be due to connection problem within your PC... the least thing you can do is to ensure no other application is active at the background especially those required internet bandwidth during launching of steam... if still doesn't work for a couple of days, visit steam support page for more help...
