Q: I just defeated the valley of wind final boss - the flying stingray. And when i got back to nexus, my patches the hyena died and the one selling miracle also died and they left behind items, why did this happen? What did I do? anyone know?

And also any consequences for killing Yurt the Silent chief? when I talked to him he challenged me to a fight and said something about mephisto was right, what's the story behind this...ahh...so many puzzling issues....

A: Yurt kills random NPCs. Kill him immediately before more people die.

storm king slain... all place completed.. just left boletaria castle fake king... hurmm.. now lv 93..

Added on March 4, 2009, 2:57 pmits seems like have hidden boss in this game... all depend on soul tendency... ultimate demon only appear when pure black.. while the special npc on white tendency....seems hard lol..hate this tendency thing.. =.=

Guys I am still contemplating on the game...but due to budget constrains will only get the game later. So my question is this (Please correct me I am mistaken)

1) I know english in used for the conversation in game(subtitle or spoken)?

2) Is the in game menu in English ? Interactive option in English ?

3) Lastly after so many ppl have played the would you all rate this as the best JRPG for the PS3 ? Thanks

This is not a JRPG for sure. It's a Western RPG developed by Japanese. For some reason I really enjoy this game and I don't usually play Western game of any type.

I tried to view the game play on youtube but all I get is gameplay with passing interactive items with japanese text. Hence my concern.

try search somemore, i think there is one with a mini boss fight.

also, the r3 version is in English. try search in Eurogamer. I can't read Jap and I'm very very interested in this game (just no money). if it's in Jap, sorry la, even if the game characters can fly out, i won't like it coz i cannot understand.

Wahliew...died at the bridge where the dragon blow fire....then I ran all the way back to redeem my corpse...but before I reach there I died again.

Then I respawn and when I reach there to collect my soul....it is 0!

It means when u die and before u collect ur soul and u die again....its 0!!!

Crap....

uh.... yeah.... it will happen to u a lot more times in the future... lol.. just like me.... time to get used to it...

u guys found yurks the silent cheif? coz.. that npc will stay in nexus.. and will kill random npc.. just beware.. if u found him..just kill him.. but he very strong.. one of the hidden boss

I killed him already before he even got to Nexus. Got all his armor. lol.

He didn't put up much of a fight though... just let me back stab him and kept saying "Why you..."

this game certainly looks easy to lv as cottonbud was 59lv yesterday and 93lv today.. or maybe i miss read the figure.

im grinding like hell like no tommorow.. i have take mc for 2 day... coz grinding 2 day straight lol.... and its not easy to get soul.. since on lv 90++ each lv up need 60k souls


lv 50 = around 30k per level
lv60 = around 40k per level
lv 70 = around 48k - 50k per level
lv 80 = around 50k - 60k per level
lv 90 = 60k - 70k per level...


you can count how many soul that i collected....its make my head gonna blow lol..

ooo another grinding game ? anyway just curious what will you do after u reach max lvl ? kill boss or invade other world haha im gonna buy this game 2night so might need to know info which will make me stick to this game hehe
