guys... birthday bonus can make calls FREE to all my 15pax, rite? without any rules saying only applicable to celcom users? wat if my 15pax is in other network? will it still be free? tried asking helpline... but as expected... hai~  |

I'm using celcom new xpax plan... not bad if call to 15pax... but quite expensive if calling to other networks user which not in 15pax list... call 2 minutes but charge almost RM2...  I'm calling from Tioman to Tioman...  |

I really wonder why people still use their Xpax which has adjacent/non-adjacent rates. People must be blind. Atleast Celcom Blue is flat rate.

celcom blue and new xpax plan have their own cons and pros... not all plan is prefect... People must have wearing telescope instead of specs to call others blind... At least I support new xpan plan than old xpax plan....  |

I think celcom plan will not conbine both prepaid plans coz maybe they scared no one wanna take their postpaid plans anymore...  |
