celcom blue and new xpax plan have their own cons and pros...
not all plan is prefect...
People must have wearing telescope instead of specs to call others blind...
At least I support new xpan plan than old xpax plan.... rclxm9.gif

I believe they will change the plan and make it one rate sooner as the competition is very stiff.

Hey guys I am using maxis.  I am going to switch to celcom because of 3g coverage.  I am moving to Kuala Pilah and was told that only celcom has that area.  Can you all please advice about the voice and video quality of celcom.  Also, for the celcom d98 unlimited broadband package.... is there a cap to how much we can download?  thx for your help

The fair usage is 5Gb...

To be honest, i think both Maxis and Celcom FUP really sucks. You pay so much, just to check ur email? I give credits to Celcom though, alot of good feedbacks compared to Maxis.
*
but at least Celcom FUP is better than maxis... hope celcom soon will increase the braodband speed and FUP... blush.gif

if i apply broadband d68 speed is 384kbps and unlimited data for download right >?
*
yup... is unlimited data but celcom capped 5Gb per month (Fair Usage Policies)...
many ppls mistaken capped means not unlimited...

unlimited data means u can use how long also can but celcom will make ur speed slower once u use more than 5Gb per month...
if u are in 3.6M package, once capped ur speed lower to 128kbps
if u are in 384kbps package, once capped ur speed lower to 64kbps

U still can online even though u capped 128kbps/64kbps unlimited data...

Streamyx also have Fair Usage Policies which started few years ago...
