I'm using celcom new xpax plan... not bad if call to 15pax...

celcom blue and new xpax plan have their own cons and pros...
not all plan is prefect... People must have wearing telescope instead of specs to call others blind... At least I support new xpan plan than old xpax plan....  |

I think celcom plan will not conbine both prepaid plans coz maybe they scared no one wanna take their postpaid plans anymore...
