for your info,

AXIATA is a malaysian company.. AXIATA is formerly known as TMI (TM International) which is originally a subsidiary under TM Group..

last year they propose to demerger the fixed line and mobile line service.. so TMI has been taken out from TM. Celcom at that time is under TM, but has been transfered to TMI. (TMI pay about 9bilion to buy Celcom from TM)

so, TMI and TM is no longer linked/related to each other.. they are separate company. This year, TMI want to rebrand their company so they renamed their company name to Axiata.

Axiata is currently have investment in 10 countries (M1 singapore, XL indonesia, Idea india, Aktel, Samart Thailand, etc, etc) serve more than 90 milion users (includes celcom user itself) worldwide. for detail, visit http://www.axiata.com

they had no choice, axiata is their mum, they have to listen to their mum... sweat.gif

our indentity, our brand, our trademark... all gone! they (axiata) should realise that celcom is the main contributor to their revenue and profit.. we contribute about 50% of the axiata profit. other subsidiary? nothing.. XL indonesia only giving losses, Idea India always ask money for so-called 'investment for future'.. Samart? selling not laku i-mobile.. M1 singapore? only the tiny small telco in singapore.. so Celcom is the only company giving a solid profit to the axiata!

Celcom is a big brother in axiata family.. celcom giving money to mum every month.. while the rest only a little brother, they keep asking money from mum each month..

why celcom always change logo ?

celcom. a tri company. the ori ogo
celcom. a tm company. with humming bird logo.
celcom. without a tm company
celcom. axiata company.

look at vodafone. it the same name around the world.

we dont care Celcom or TMI or axiata. We want to know when will celcom broadband update 5 Gb FUB limit to something better !
