If MNP to Celcom prepaid  give you free 3G simcard and rm5 credit.

I mean as in current celcom sim-card (been using it since 2004) to a newer celcom sim.

Where to do it anyway? Free?

You can use your own mobile phone to keep track of your current postpaid bill usage at your own convenience. How?

◊ Just dial *118# or *119# and follow few steps from the menu

◊ or via SMS . Simply type <BOD > and send to 22200

Either way, you’ll get an SMS with info on the total billed or the unbilled amount.
Minimal charge of 15sen/SMS applies.

Just now I saw new xpax kaw kaw plan and call rate just about rm 0.28 for 10 minutes. Now I just have 1 question. How celcom charge us for a short call which is less than 10 minutes? Which 1 is better between 28cent/10 minutes or other rate which is base from 15-30 second block? I'm planning to convert my mother postpaid plan to the latest prepaid plan. She just make a call when needed and all of those call I can say was a short call.
*
if she's one to make short calls, then it's not worth it to convert it into XPAX2. 28 cents is automatically, even if you just make a 2 seconds call (or the operator answers).

Xpax site says prepaid international roaming is pre-activated. Does this means that i dont have to dial or subscribe any thing to receive calls/sms when in overseas? Eg in thailand

Looking at the image there, it's more darn expensive. Why the need to convert then?

Current xpax X2 here.
