yamiya has it for RM70...imitation is around 25-28...im going over lyp tommorrow for some shopping....

I suggest you get the gpod SLR. It is sturdier and can support the weight of the LX3 better.
Will be useful when u upgrade to an SLR too.
I got mine from yamiya at RM120, delivered in 2days

Ok, i got the black LX3 from the shop Amara Beta in Lowyat Plaza.
RM1599 with 4GB, case and mini tripod...i didnt bother to ask for discount since i was in a hurry.

The people in the shop were friendly and professional.  They know nuts about cameras but they were professional in their sales....all LX3s are still sealed with panasonic seals and they will open it only when u wanna buy it.

anyway, the camera is not with me now, my mum took it to hong kong with her...

I just found out that Olympus flash works with the LX3 with TTL as well...i have an FL50 lying around....will try it when my mum gets back...took some pictures of it with the fl50 before giving it to my mum...

The flash gun is damn big... Doesn't look weird? Has anyone had any successful experience with a flash gun of which TTL working on the LX3?

actually i dont know...i just put the FL50 on, take a pic, and pack it up coz it's time to fetch my mum to the airport already...hahahah

from what i read, the Olympus FL50 and FL36 works with the LX3....the one in my pic is the FL50....the FL36 is slightly smaller and it'll look just as awkward as well..heheh

Hi LX3 user,

Here's a description of acessories quoted from

[http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=11&url=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com.au%2FTELE%2BWIDE%2BFILTER-LENS-FOR-52mm-Panasonic-DMC-LX3_W0QQitemZ310127296084QQcmdZViewItemQQimsxZ20090307%3FIMSfp%3DTL090307172001r32841&ei=3l--SY2oLsPDkAXJs4GNCA&usg=AFQjCNEHc4WN9pDb1rvXMXHxRZsiphRp1g&sig2=Lgmo43o5y2my4kFqeGRZgQ

Description:-

What you see..... what you get....

1. 0.45X Wide-Angle Lens (Built in macro lens)

2. 2.0X Tele-Photo Lens

3. Ultraviolet UV Filter

Improves contrast and color saturation by reducing the effects of ultraviolet light and atmospheric dust and haze in sunny landscapes, including mountain, marine and aerial scenes. Can be used in combination with polarizer for stunning scenics, or to protect the front lens element from dirt, fingerprints, and scratches

4. Polarizer PL Filter

Increases color saturation and contrast by reducing reflections from non-metallic surfaces and by cutting through haze. Deepens sky color. Generally requires through-the-lens viewing

5. Diffusion DIF Filter

Softens highlights and hard edges for flattering portraits, smoothing out textures, blemishes, and lines.

6. Macro Close up Filter

This item is for owners of any Lens. This item is great for taking close up pictures, it allows you focus in really close to things like insects, coins, etc.

7. Camera Case

8. Lens cleaning cloth

9. Adaptor Tube

This aluminum adapter can screws onto the front of a Digital Camera easily and allow you screw-on lenses or filters. Having this adapter you can enhance the image quality and give extra protect on lenses

Good Luck

P.S. Lenses & Filters (Made in Japan)

this thread in ebay is showing a series of lens+filter selling at RM200+ including postage. Do u think all these acessories differ much from the original Panasonic Lens? THe price are much lower, in terms of quality ..i m not sure. Can u guys give me any advice?

Thank you.
