i try so hard to look for the Lumix leather case...the cheapest i can get is rm399 from key color..for the original 1....

standard is 1 year but for some of the lx3 warranty card got a sticker stated 2 years warranty means 2 years warranty lo

Honestly I think the pricing has gone overboard.
The big camera bags for DSLRs are priced around RM399. And I already feel that they're overpriced.
This for RM399 is

niche market mah....the cost of all these thing very cheap...same like nokia casing and other handphone casing..they mark up very high....

why not try at ebay? when i was looking around in ebay yesterday..i think i saw it...but don't remember who is the seller...

from what i know that...my friend told me that the Lumix leather case is a limited item. that's why it is so expensive?!
unless i have jackpot...if not..how to afford to buy it ar..

set ur shutter to longer like 1/20,1/10 or longer (depends the scenario of the venue), move ur cam while capturing ur subject.

Class6 SDHC also cheap only lar. I just bought Adata 4GB Class6 for RM23.

I'm quite curious to know the appearance of the "original leather case". If it refers to the leather case we discussed before, then this is a really damn good bargain.

This morning took some time shooting with LX3. Quite happy with the result but the auto setting really not that smart. Pic shot using auto most of the time end up darker than I prefer.

The camera detected the bright sky and decided to underexpose the image as it didnt want the sky to appear blown out. That meant that the bottom part of your picture, the water and land became underexposed.
Can't really blame the camera though, it's the lack of dynamic range of the image sensor as compared to our eyes

So anyone found out what's the difference b/w Program mode and Aperture mode on the LX3?

Umm.. even when Im using M mode, I just adjust the shutter so that I get +1/3 or so. Its kinda strange that sometimes 0 also appear darker.
