iPhone is always fingerprints-prone. get a anti-glare/finerprint screen protector.

best combination: use invisibleSHIELD & leather pouch.

speaking about leather pouch, this one here looks really classy.

@nokia2003: looks nice to me. is the material something like Moshi iPouch? price-wise?

@jingyong:

stick IS for just the back part while use anti-glare/fingerprint SP for the front.

yes, bro. it's soft, doesn't protect the phone when hitting hard objects. it does the job well of cleaning your phone while it's in your pouch though.

@ teikwing

no idea on its correlation with moshi as i have never personally seen/felt one before.

mine came from my personal oakley collection. 1 oakley specs/shade = 1 pouch.

a quick search on the australian oakley website, yielded me with this this

AUD49.95 for 5, so it is approximately RM26 for one?

Added on May 20, 2009, 11:54 pmi don't mind doing a bulk since i'm here in australia.

but in order to protect myself from the depreciation of MYR, i will have to charge rm30 per piece.

my brother is flying home mid june and will be able to meet peeps in one utama.

i don't mind having one for my own personal consumption, that leaves the order to 4

RM26 for one is darn affordable for a branded pouch. iPouch is selling for 99 bucks.

hope i can find one in M'sia though.

you and i both know well that prices for accessories are meant to be sky rocketing. i have worked in an IT store before and the cost price for accessories are unbelievably low.

But i scare with the extra shield on my iPhone 3G, it wont fit into the leather case such as this or this..
It will fit. Ive got a bodyguardz on my 3g, and I can also slip on my capsule neo (which is designed to be tight fitting) no problems.

To answer your initial question and this are strictly my personal views, the best of the shields is SGP, next comes BG and though IS provides relatively better protection, simply becasue it is the thickest of the three, it becomes unsightly as it attracts dirt and lint very easily.

To me, after applying a shield and keeping your phone in a case is not over-protective. This is just, to each his own. Applying this same maxim, the choice of casing is strictly based on your preference and liking as they all will provide protection.

So, go ahead and you can dash around in your hospital without too much of a care. But don't bump into the nurses. Cheers.

unless you're okay with glossy surfaces & can take care of it well enough, i wouldn't recommend that. the glossy surface would be prone to scratches & will lose its glory after some time.
