Hi guys...thinking of buying the N79..Went to a shop and saw an N79 but it stated that the phone is Made In China (AP set) and was told that it was original Nokia phone..Is it true for the AP set or there were some other country origin for the N79 AP set?

no such thing both AP and Ori are made by Nokia and are no different to each other

What i mean is at the battery compartment at the back of the phone it is written Made In China..So is it normal?Do you guys who have bought the phone also have the Made In China or somewhere else..Just afraid that i might buy a fake Nokia..

most if not all current ORI nokia phones selling in the asia pacific region are made in china.

nokia phones that are made in finland or other european countries are sold in europe and other areas except asia pacific region. to get these phones that are made in euro, you have to buy AP set..

can help or not?
previously using 6670, the phone display will show time & missed call or sms icon even in sleep mode.
but now change to N79, the sleep mode, the display just blackout.
any possible to make it display those info as per my previous 6670?
i think that's much more convenience to check about time, and also any miscalled or unread sms.

turn sleep mode or somethin off bro

after using this phone for sometime, i feel that this N79 is rather buggy. -.-!

-accelerator censor is abit weird
-express cover censor malfunction at times leading to random theme changing all of a sudden
-camera wont auto focus nicely even when using 'close up' shots
-camera's flash stil glows even when flash is turned off
-photos taken r gone and cant be found, but later i found it in my memory card when plugged into pc, yet phone gallery stil cant find
-sms sorting messed up, some sms will sort in latest order, but some others will jump up and down following name order

even with the latest firmware?

anyone know where i can get the other covers? like the ecopark covers too! i cant seem to find anywhere selling

the express cover sensor isnt that useful! Becoz sometimes if u knock the phone or ur phone hit the ground it will make ur theme change color automatically or sometimes it overwrite ur custom theme! So better off u go into setting and close that function!
As for the picture, sometimes it aint lose just that it is separated into different folder according to the month the picture are taken!

Ori Zitron set is 1540 with 2 yrs warranty...
Can I know whether zitron gt offer such long period of warranty?
