Greetings to all.

Would like to pose a question - when did Honda M'sia start assembling the Civic in their Melaka plant? If i'm not mistaken, previously it was assembled in Thailand and then delivered to M'sia, right?

Cheers.

civic was never CBU from thailand.

1. depends on mods. stock can reach 500km+- per tank
2. i not salesman doh.gif
3. the amount of mods and mileage. plus full honda service record is the best for easy warranty claims.

500km per tank? Really? I struggle to achieve 400km, (I usually pump when there are 2 bars left) and I travel on the MEX highway on weekdays. I average about 10.3km/l which is quite horrible.

its all to do with discipline.

fd1's engine is smart enough to drop down to 1.5/2k even at 120kmh when u take your foot off the pedal and just stroke it gently to maintain speed.

if tekan it always to overtake like in NFS of coz lah 300km oso kenot achieve tongue.gif

ps. mine nowadays 370km only T_T

I have tried keeping revs at 2k rpm for a whole week, and even then I did not hit 500km. 370km sounds about right; that's the sort of efficiency I'm getting nowadays.

Mine FD2 around 400KM on 38 liter... But very discipline drive, not over 2K rpm normal drive unless uphill, and always let off to lock up torque converter... Max RPM not over 2800... And basically just follow the flow of traffic...

By the way... I use Caltex fuel...

fuel consumption depends on engine capacity vs weight vs driver discipline.

Lol not really roadhogger la... Still 70-90 in average...

By the way, is K&N drop in good for FD2? I heard many other vehicle benefited from it, but FD2 I have yet to find any reviews, if any also negative.
