MIND U ITS THE ORIGINAL SET. I GOT THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY FROM SE. NOT AP SET. so yesterday, on 21st mac 2009. WHICH IS MY BAD DAY. ALL of a sudden my phone started to act funny. its ON AND OFF by itself. AUTO OFF basically. and i cant check my contacts. when i click on contacts, its just not opening. then the phone cant be ON for like 2 hours ! IT DOESNT STOP THERE! my Phone started to become HOT! its OVER HEATING for what reason???,….I DONT KNOW! ITS LIKE ITS GOING TO EXPLODE ! WHICH I THINK IT CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS. So my BF called the guy whom we bought it from ..Mr TAKURO LEE. SALES SUPERVISOR ! After few attempts trying to reach him, then finally, he managed to talked to him. SO MY BF SAID THIS IS VERY BAD . HE WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS PHONE. MR TAKURO SAID, HE CANT GIVES US REPLACEMENT. HE SAID ONLY SONY ERICSSON CAN DO THAT. HE EVEN SAID WE CAN GO TO THE NEAREST SE CENTER. SO WE WENT TO KLCC. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE , THE GUY SAID WE CANT GET REPLACEMENT FOR THAT, ITS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEALER. THEY CAN ONLY DO SERVICING. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT? 2 DIFFERENT STORIES FROM DIFFERENT PERSON ! SO WHO GOING TO B RESPONSIBLE FOR IT? ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEMS WHEN THE PHONE IS AUTO OFF AND OVER HEATING. AND CANT BE CHARGE! AND IT KEEPS SAYING PLEASE USE ORIGINAL SE BATTERY.. SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO THINK? WHAT U GUYS BE THINKING IF U WERE IN MY SHOES? U DEFINTELY 100% SURE U HAVE BEEN CHEATED ISNT IT? U TELL ME WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO THINK? MY BF WAS ASKING HIM THE BOSS PHONE NUMBER. HE SAID ‘ NO NEED TO MAKE THIS AN ISSUE, I WILL GET FIRED ‘ !!! WHAT THE HECK? U SCARED U GET FIRED? IF U WERE ON A RIGHT SIDE WHY SHOULD U BE SCARED? ONLY GUILTY PERSON WOULD SAY SUCH THINGS . WEIRD THING IS, HE AT 1ST DOESNT WAN TO GIVE US RECEIPT. HE SAID. THE WARRANTY IS ALREADY SUFFICIENT ENOUGH. THATS REALLY DISTURBING FOR EVERY CONCERN CONSUMERS AND CUSTOMERS . ONLY AFTER WE REALLY ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT HA GAVES US THE ‘ PASAR MALAM’ OR CHINCAI RECEIPTS. ! THEN MY BF SAID NO! THIS IS SHIT RECEIPT! I CAN JUST BUY THIS AND GV IT TO U ALSO! THEN AFTER A LIL BIT OF ARGUMENTS, THEN THE OTHER SALESGIRLS CAME. TALKING TO US QUITE HARSH. AND SHE SAID ‘ OK’ I CHOP(STAMP) OUR COMPANYS STAMP ON IT ! AFTER ALL THIS SHIT EXPERINCED , I FELT LIKE ITS REALLY MY RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PUBLIC TO WRITE A REVIEWS ON SOME DEALERS AND PRODUCTS! JUST BECAREFUL FROM WHOM U BUY IT. THERE TONNES OF CON MAN OUT THERE THAT JUST WANT TO EAT UP YOUR MONEY! AM DOING A COMMUNITY SERVICE HERE. CONSUMER MUST KNOW THEIR RIGHTS! U WOULDNT WANT TO SPLURGE MONEY ON THINGS LIKE THIS JUST TO GO THROUGH HELLFIRE ! !
