i guess most of the ppl here acknowledge this..

the thing is, we r talking about warranty covered.. while most of the ap company is really sux on this (eg : COMSAT), Thorus/Midland were proven to give that ease of mind warranty covered.

dun care wat also... the shop also MUST give the official receipt mah.... if not... have wat things happen also can't claim.... if they dun give... then u also no pay to shop lah... no receipt or those no official one... then i direct dun wan pay loh.. biggrin.gif

latest communication is a quite reputational phone company .. well at least the 1 in sg wang.. i been buying from them a lot and their staff r very friendly last time.. dont know bout the 1 in times square tho.. think its also our responsiblity to check everything including warranty stamps, receipt, phone parts b4 making deal..

I don't quite understand the article. Why didn't the sales supervisor direct them to Sony Ericsson Authorized Service Center which is just opposite (and connected) to Times Square? The one in KLCC could just be another retail store. But, I remember our friend from here says that shop also provide support services and its open on Sundays while others all close.

Well, I don't think you can get a one-to-one phone replacement unless SE has exhaust all attempts to repair the phone or to restore its functionality. Case in point is that the owner should send it in. SE usually provides 3 days turnaround time. It'll give them enough time to troubleshoot. If all else fails, then SE will at its discretion offer a free replacement. I mean one can't demand for a one-to-one change without sufficient reporting and documentation of the problem. Other people also have to account for the replacement mah... cannot simply give replacements. There are procedures to follow (customer always right don't count here ya... tongue.gif ).

agree with davidmak...the girl should have just sent the phone to SC... 1 to 1 exchange is usually only around 7 days... (3 days for phones i think) its her fault that she waited imho...

anything longer than its warranty claim time.

she should have just stopped wasting her time whining away like a spoilt brat and send it to SC. heck..my phone had the same problems with her oso...and instead of whining like a brat...i just sent it for warranty..2 days later got it back

the only shit part about that shop was the fact that they didnt wanna give receipt...no matter what should give oso...coz no receipt means no warranty claim... SC requires to see the receipt for warranty claims.

i came in here to complain about the amount of fingerprints on my screen protector... damn annoying..

anyway, my screen protector alot of finger print too.
but since not glass can use normal cloth n wipe, no problem =D

copy map to a folder in picture>select upload map>select the map file in pictures>upload one by one>when check only the latest uploaded map is available.

tried upload atlas>there is one link for map which can be uploaded by selecting upload map option. located at the last option in the map file. icon_question.gif

haha, me too. i just use the lcd cleaning kit to clean it(really does the job WELL), mostly using micro fibre cloth.

okkkkkkkkk ! i just bump into this sites. mainly because am VERY PISSED AND TRY TO FIND REVIEWS BOUT THIS PHONE. recently i just bought this SE C905 on 8th mac 2009 ! from TIMES SQUARE. company name is LATEST COMMUNICATION SDN. BHD.(ITS THE SAME FLOOR AS STARBUCKS AND OPPOSITE MARRYBROWN )LEVEL 3. not even a week i have already experinced lagging. ok..1st i thot it was quite normal for phone that has lots of features. and thot i will gve it some time. if this keeps happening and becomes annoying and really bugs me, i will take it back to the dealer. MIND U ITS THE ORIGINAL SET. I GOT THE ORIGINAL WARRANTY FROM SE. NOT AP SET. so yesterday, on 21st mac 2009. WHICH IS MY BAD DAY. ALL of a sudden my phone started to act funny. its ON AND OFF by itself. AUTO OFF basically. and i cant check my contacts. when i click on contacts, its just not opening. then the phone cant be ON for like 2 hours ! IT DOESNT STOP THERE! my Phone started to become HOT! its OVER HEATING for what reason???,….I DONT KNOW! ITS LIKE ITS GOING TO EXPLODE ! WHICH I THINK IT CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS. So my BF called the guy whom we bought it from ..Mr TAKURO LEE. SALES SUPERVISOR ! After few attempts trying to reach him, then finally, he managed to talked to him. SO MY BF SAID THIS IS VERY BAD . HE WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS PHONE. MR TAKURO SAID, HE CANT GIVES US REPLACEMENT. HE SAID ONLY SONY ERICSSON CAN DO THAT. HE EVEN SAID WE CAN GO TO THE NEAREST SE CENTER. SO WE WENT TO KLCC. WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE , THE GUY SAID WE CANT GET REPLACEMENT FOR THAT, ITS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEALER. THEY CAN ONLY DO SERVICING. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT? 2 DIFFERENT STORIES FROM DIFFERENT PERSON ! SO WHO GOING TO B RESPONSIBLE FOR IT? ITS A SERIOUS PROBLEMS WHEN THE PHONE IS AUTO OFF AND OVER HEATING. AND CANT BE CHARGE! AND IT KEEPS SAYING PLEASE USE ORIGINAL SE BATTERY.. SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO THINK? WHAT U GUYS BE THINKING IF U WERE IN MY SHOES? U DEFINTELY 100% SURE U HAVE BEEN CHEATED ISNT IT? No offence, same advice. Send it in. The point is that you bought an Original set. You don't need to go back to the shop and put up with their 'bad' customer service. You can deal direct with SE where you have more say. Let them fix your phone. They are specialized to handle customers and concerns like you have. No point dragging. Get it down now instead of regretting later. The shop that you bought from is just doing retails sales, they don't have the facility to service a phone, let alone authorize a direct replacement.

Ok, maybe he is hahaha! biggrin.gif But now you're smarter and more informed. Send it to SE Service Center at Plaza Berjaya 1st Floor (next to Nokia SC). You can go there via Times Square 1st floor through the bridge passing the Monorail Station. They're open from Monday-Friday (closing at 6pm) and Saturday until 1pm. Alternatively if you're from Cheras, you can go to Taman Segar near Leisure Mall and along the Maxis shop across the street.

I dont think customers here in MALAYSIA have more says . I have already sent it for sure. And they said its the software problems. What does software problems got to do with BATTERY OVER HEAT??? AND WHEN CHRGING THE PHONE IT SAYS PLEASE USE ORIGINAL SE BATTERY???? AND MR JOHN WOO FROM SE NEVER EVER CALL ME NOT EVEN ONCE AS PROMISED. ITS US THAT KEEP CALLING THEM TO ASK BOUT THE PHONE. THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY RM 1800 WE HAVE SPENT ON THE PHONE IS PROBABLY A MONTH OF HIS SALARY. AND ON TOP OF THAT WE HAVE TO KEEP BUGGING THEM WHEN IT GOT PROBLEMS???
