hey guys some people selling their c905 coz they facing ear piece problems
that why i think buying original is worthy at that time

is they buying AP..??

original phones has less problems...

no i mean original phone can send back to any sony centre to repair it
but ap companies dont have reputation

Well the ear piece problems were mainly from the initial batch of C905s (mostly AP phones). Original phones over W52 don't have this problem anymore.

hav u tried other wifi hotspots? if still cannot, must send back lo... but it's quite strange for the phone to act like that. probably 1 in a million. can buy lottery edi. XD

yes they did... but they didnt repair. T_T i lazy send for warranty again ler... maybe wait till my key 6 spoil again. haha

btw, ori C905 starting from now shud be quite ok edi. coz solved ear piece problem, slider mechanism improved (i think...) and also updated firmware! =D yeay!
just make sure u get new new stock lo. if wan latest firmware shud be 09W09+ gua...

oh ya,guys this is werid,it can detect,it can connect, i can online now,how weird =.=" (i did a master reset one time,poblably it help)

can anyone tell me how to make sure whether i'm using WIFI online but not 3G ?
cant afford that stupid 3G network rate man....

to make sure ur using wifi all the time, best way is to delete the maxis WAP 3G settings and the maxis MMS thing also. lol. but this will make accessing some programs troublesome (e.g. wayfinder, google maps).

2nd alternative is...put "allow local connection" to yes for all programs if possible.
and also, put ur network thingy to "GSM only" (i dunno if this helps, it can still connect to internet thru EDGE tho, but i think its cheaper).

Anyway, another best solution is use prepaid and go online when u have RM0.02 left. sure kenot charge u wan. hahaa.

del 3G setting ? gosh,if i do so,no more MMS for me,idea baned,lol
ya i did all setting to allow local connection,but when i connect to the website,i mean i go to MENU, INTERNET, OPTIONS(left handside),goto ADVANCED,CONNECTIVITY,the connect using still is MAXIS 3G .........BIGGG SWEAT

i'm not sure whether it just show on there, but not really used 3G to online.....
i mean even it's using WIFI,but connectivity still showing MAXIS 3G.

btw, why is c905 accelerometer for auto rotate very insensitive?

i think most application will state first if they r using 3G as the connection

i wonder what kinda wifi connection old town white coffee is using....

coz everytime i wanna connect using my phone its quite hard and also if connected, either slow...or cant surf/ebuddy at all... sometimes unstable...

but when i connect using my home wifi...fast and stable...

that's what i heard from ppl said the Wifi reception for SE is weaker compared to Nokia ones.

doesnt explain why my wifi at home is perfect but white coffee is

i have compared my N85 and my uncle's C905..

seems that N85 is more faster in connection to my WiFi at home[a few seconds only]
while C905[about a minute] wonder why..

testing side by side seems to prove who's more efficient on wifi.

i think is normal. C905 open an application also slower than N85.

any1 experiencing low signal reception?
it was kinda performing weaker than my k850

SE install cheap wifi antena

i think is quite sensitive.

has anyone with VKool tried to use C905 in the car? It seems that my vkool blocks the GPS reception, but the reception on non tinted cars are okay
