i dont know why also.
we kept wiping it with tear stain remover but yet, still like that.
even gave him supplement.

wanted to try health and shine.
but i heard that there's no effect or it comes back after sometime. sighh

When my maltese at age of 3 months, i did give her health n shine although my maltese got very slight tear stain only. My maltese tear stain was at optimum by the age of 5 months during teething time. I have tried eye envy, it did not help. Now my maltese is close to 9 months old. No more tear stain liao. Just everyday wipe her face with warm water.

I believe health n shine does help in any way to control the ph internally.

As long as you train your dog with patience I think there's no poblem.. but I cant say anything since I never such encounter before cuz my dog was trained with the pad ever since she able to do her business alone. Cant guarantee as well.. but then I may said you could try it first. But of course you need to train your dog and bring him to the pad whenever he wan to do his business. Repeat few times until he got the knowledge that the pad is his toilet smile.gif
