if u dont want the mouth to dirty then handfeed her lol or clean/wipe the mouth after her meal.
The reason u need to soak the food is because she still puppy n have no teeth yet so cannot bite/chew the food. Once her teeth is fully establish u can just give her food w/o soaking.

In my case, thou I dont seem like it, but I prefer it to be 'perfect'. I handfeed them with barf so they wont get any mess or get their mouth n ear to be wet n dirty. It takes me much more time to feed them but I'm happy with it. Thats y now I feed kibbles in morning when I need to go school n barf at night while I dont have to rush to anywhere

When Jasmine 1st joined the family she's MORE WORST than autumn, not trying to snatch yet but she drools all over the floor and wet her chin until I feel so geli cleaning her lol and I meant it, the drooling thing is no joke as the floor under her feet is like a pile of water also she will bark until I fed her and then kena scolding by autumn cuz bark to much haha she's not so good in hand feed cause she will bite the whole spoon and like dun want to let go. So I use feeding time as her training to eat slowly (thou when she ate kibbles she'll finish the whole bowl in few second -.-).

My feeding time is, I prepare two bowl because autumn currently on joint supplement n power balance while Jas on joint supplement itself so I separate 2 bowls for each. 1st to eat is autumn and while I hand feed her, Jasmine is sitting at the back waiting for her turn. But when it's her turn to eat, Autumn will gradually push her aside and sit in front of me with eyes begging for food xD But its getting better la, last time when Autumn push her aside she will just go away and sit at the back until I call her but now she's smart d. She know its her turn to eat so she wont budge from her space when autumn push her



First u must choose where u want to toilet train ur puppy, toilet or pad trained.
Once u decide where is their toilet the rest part is easy. You just need to bring ur puppy to ur chosen place when u see sign of want to pee/poo.
Once he did, u can praise and do this for few many times and ur puppy get the idea. Its not that hard actually

I've been using this rules ever since I know how crazy autumn was. She's always get exited when its eating time n why I chose to hand feed them is because on day 1 I brought autumn back, she's so exited to eat until her back legs will stand and only 2 front leg is on the floor. Result : her face looks dirty and she cant eat at all because her body is not balance. Then when I start hand feed her, she will cry, shout in pain (nothing wrong with her) and jumps crazily when she smells food. Therefore I made my own rules, if anyone happen to bark, whine or anything while I'm preparing the food, no one gets to eat until both are settle down


btw, sit is the most easiest trick to train
make sure dont feed her too much treats when she's still a pup

Last time I feed Jasmine once and I see some effect, cuz she was so skinny even when I feed her twice of autumn's portion. I can even touch her rib like she was starve for dunno how long. After I fed her with power balance, she's improving until she weight back to 3kg+ and looks fat! lol

From my experience, in order to see the improvement, u need to know the reason y i feed them power balance. Like Jas example, I can see the changing after feed her for a month. If you just feed as additional supplement u might not to notice the changes after feeding cuz after all u ur puppy have no other problem

well u can always try to feed her 2nd box thou... This time I feed autumn PB because of her fur n skin prob last time. Her coat now is so smooth and not so dry like previos time. I plan to get big magic mist n another PB as well if they have some promo at the expo n maybe some other stuff haha I want to buy interesting toys that can lure autumn to play with them. The only toys she play is the noising lobster that my friend gave her and its not available in Malaysia

I think maltese who socialize more with human tend to prefer human than dogs. Autumn also prefer human compare to dogs, its not like she doesnt like to play with other dogs but she's more like 'picky'? She only play with dogs that she know best and so far she's doing well with dogs that smaller than her haha while Jasmine prefer my companion alone compare to other human... she seems to scared of people/stranger. When I get her that time she even hide from me but now she's ok with me but will ignore other ppl

You might want to consider getting magic mist. Jasmine mouth also smell like hell and a friend of mine recommend me to spray magic mist in their water and spray on the mouth. She gets better after that but now the smell came back because I always forgot to spray on the water n her mouth


btw...... time flies and Jasmine has been with me for a year now~~~~
to be exact last sunday is the day she joined my family and she change a lot
1 more thing, she's turning 6 next month~

Yes, it cant helps 100% but at least it helps and so far I found it useful for me as the smell became lesser n lesser if I spray on her mouth every 2 days. I dont really find it annoying at first until this girl is so like to kiss me w/o knowing her mouth are smelly -.-"
You can opt to buy raw hide for them to bite, I use to gave them the milk raw hide, their mouth smell nice after biting it but I stop eventually cuz the raw hide made their fur sticky. Else u start to brush her teeth from now on and she will eventually get used to it

@aeviis : this bows I order from my friend in US It's not hard to find ppl selling bows but to find one that is really nice is hard thou. Now I'm learning how to made this cute + high quality bows. Once I decided and I have free time I might start to do some to sell. In the mean time I'll help u ask around to see where you can get some bows for ur dog

Its more easy to teach them 'sit' command if use together with food. My girls know automatically that once I prepare their food, both of the are sitting there waiting for me to serve their food

For heartgard, you may want to wait for another 1-2 months after 3rd jab only gave her. It's not recommended to feed it too soon after the jab and make sure don't shower your puppy after she get her jab. Wait for at least a week after jab only shower her.

as for the treat, try to find those healthy organic treats for her. Recently my friend bought for me "Healthy Omega Treat made from duck meat with low calories". I'm so choosy when giving them treats and always try to find nice n better treat for them lol as for jerhigh etc etc I dont really recommend it because they use flavoring on it

I really wonder bout this 'biting' things... I do heard bout some puppy will start to use their teeth to bite things that they could put on their mouth when its teething time but.... I never have this experience before. Which is good for me actually but I wonder how some dogs with bite so crazily but some will only bite at those not harmful for them. I thought the biting part maybe inheritance from their parents but it seems like there's no connection between them cause I heard that Autumn's mommy like to bite everything down to wires last time, but my gal never bite anything except me (when she's teething n start to play with me use her mouth) and her fav toys/bone. Just curious thou


nicole, seraph like affection or not? if she did u can use affection as her 'treats'. Before I use treats to train autumn I use affection as her praise and she likes it so much till she can fly hahaha

Buy some toys for her to bite. She's teething now and its normal for them to put anything interesting on her mouth.
Whenever she bite ur feet or hand say no to her and then give her the toys

I don't think there's any treats n food that could help to grow the fur. You may want to opt for supplement and some shampoo thou.
Currently I fed Power Balance for autumn's supplement as she was having some skin prob last few months and need to shave her down.. I've been using Magic Mist and Power Balance until now to help eliminate the skin problem as well as to let the fur grow nicer. Last time when she kena shaved, the new fur came back rough and breaks a lot but this time with the supplement the new coat come out nice, smooth and not so easily break like last time. I also use some moisturizing spray , shampoo, think n thicker (helps to make the coat became strong n not to break easily) from CC and also silk spirit oil for the coat as well.

I spent so much for all these stuff just to ensure my girls coat will come back nice and smooth like previously Well it does seems to have some improvement thou

a friend of mine bought almost all of their dogs from Junnie, as far as I know she will let you sign the health and adoption agreement before selling the pups to ensure the puppy is in healthy condition before she sells them.

No you're not. Up till today this is how I played with autumn
She knows she cannot simply bite me but when I played with her sometimes accidentally she will bite me la then I will tell her "cannot bite, go sayang" then she will lick back the area she bite. Every time play also like that haha

If you're so dedicated to the 'breed' you may want to keep it long like me. I prefer them to be in long coat as thats the reason I like this breed
But keeping the coat long is not easy. You have to commit to the fact you need to groom them daily to prevent it to get tangle and so on. Thats y some people opt for puppy cut as it wont as hard as keeping the coat long.

Try to get pin brush instead of slicker brush for daily grooming. Madan brush is the best. My ritual is to use pin brush to brush then only use slicker brush when there's some fur that is matted to de-tangle them. Of course when you use slicker brush make sure to dematt it slowly w/o causing the coat to break off
