ya, fred told me the show is in KL.... if in KL then i'd go to the show if possible....

to be exact, 2mths, 2 wks and 1 day old....

any november weekend will do as long as not on 13th & 14th those days.... got exam next day.... >.<

was there any change of environment, eating habits or food? sometimes change food can cause the poo to be soft for the few days also.... how many days having soft poo already o? maybe kaka accidentally licked something like dirt or soil off the floor? is he still active? got any vomiting? if he still active n no vomiting then shouldnt be serious problem 1.... but if poo soft for more than a week already then maybe u wanna call ur vet to ask?

maybe instead of give him big meals to increase food volume, u can try give him more meals but the usual amount? will that help? in a way he gets more food but wont be overwhelmed by the sudden increase in food amount per meal.... or slowly increase the amount bit by bit, not suddenly increase....
coz if they feel bloated they wun have mood to eat the next meal.... or if too much food at a time, their stomach cant digest properly so the food not fully absorbed then excreted already....

about the weather will affect or not then i not sure.... but so far i din hear before....

fred informed me that MKA has changed the regulations for obtaining the CH title that now requires the dog to be adult to accumulate CC, so he wun be showing her already.... perhaps see if i can keep her in show coat in the future....

so now she is in KL with me already.... My family and I drove up to PG during the weekend to pick her up....

i might still go to the KL show if time permits, and bring her along for exposure, coz probably she'd have her last jab by then....

hey, how is Kaka doing? is his problem solved?

or u can try the "hard love" method, which is to take his food away after 15-20 min if he dont want to eat, after a few meals then he'd be hungry enough to eat without being picky i suppose.... but some dogs do stop eating once they feel full, like Seraph, if she feels full, then even if i hand feed also she wun take in a single kibble....
maybe u wanna add to kaka's diet with some supplements, maybe can help him gain some weight?

searching online may sometimes land u into puppy mills who claim to homebreed.... so it is the buyers responsibility to be alert and choose wisely where they get their pets from....

homebred is NOT the same as responsible breeding....

PROFIT?? its so obvious she is breeding for money, not for the love of the breed

but the main reason shouldnt be profit.... if u love the breed, u would not care if the profit is low or not, as long as the breed improves....

breeders have their own income from their jobs or other business, breeding SHOULD NOT be the main income.... it is impossible to cover back ur expenses with the 1st few litter unless u feed them with substandard food....

love for breeding is not the same as love for the breed.... there are breeders who do not breed for the sake of recovering expenses but to improve on their bloodline n quality....

pay less get cheap quality, pay more get good quality....

coz ppl wan cheap priced puppy thats why got so much puppy mills & those that disguise as homebreeder....

u pay more for a good quality puppy u think can cover expenses? the breeder spent more on good quality care as well.... so it also cannot recover profit so soon/ever....

this is not my own logic.... you can search google anytime about breeding ethics, and most will tell you the same, DO NOT breed for money/earn extra income...

wish does not mean must have..... i can wish for anything i wish for but does not mean i must get it.... some people wish for the sun does that mean they need to get it?

nagging and educating people is not the same, if you dont like then dont read....

i didnt say i dun support breeding, i say breeding needs to be done ethically and responsibly.... do not simply re-phrase my meaning....

all my posts emphasized that the breeder should NOT put focus on money/earn extra income/cover expenses.... those are secondary/LAST on the list.... breeding should be done with the goal of improving the breed as the FIRST focus....

i dun mean to offend this mentioned breeder, but to re-iterate my point why this issue has been brought forth....
the bolded words says that the breeder is concerned with profit.... if you want to look at the issue of ethics, that is not ethical breeding.... dogs have lives too, not comodities for humans (generally, not on specific people) to earn profits whether little or alot....

mka cert is like their birthcert....
licence to own dogs is get from your area's municipal council, need to apply yearly....
but i'm not sure about what are the purposes for people with indoor dogs to get licence since they are not visible to the passerbys outside.... maybe other people who are more well versed with applying licence for dogs can give us some light....
