autumn also doesnt really like it when its shower time and she 'hate' the dryer. But will tolerate it as long as I dont blow it directly to her face and not to close either. Regarding the mouth fur, make sure you wipe/clean the mouth and the area around that whenever he/she finish eating. This will reduce the stain a bit.

Just shower my girl and snap her pic smile.gif

welcome to the maltese thread.... smile.gif

from my reading, its best to spay/neuter before their 1st cycle or around 6 mths of age.... but if you decide to do it after they reach adulthood also can 1....

I went to Ruby's Resort last week on raya and my girls has so much fun there!! esp Jasmine, she was soo happy playing with the water and so curious bout anything since this is her 1st outing. Surprisingly she behave quiet good except for 'marking' non-stop sweat.gif and sometimes ignore my call when her curiosity is attacking her laugh.gif

the maltese is male la xD
anyway, I dun think spaying before 1st heat is recommended? I mean I read before that some says spaying after they finish their 1st heat is actually recommended because the 1st cycle is actually gives the hormone to grow so spaying after that is actually better than before the heat. as for neutering the male, should be about 8 months plus?

peak_wei88 : I bring them to Ruby's Resort, cherating, kuantan there. It's the only resort that allows pets and its my 2nd time there last week smile.gif

I normally bring my girl to Desa Park, went to BU park once as well but based on my experiences, u will see more dogs n diff breeds on desa park compare to BU park xD

lol.... but many articles i've read actually recommend to neuter/spay before they mature.... example i quote from this website

http://www.cesarsway.com/askthevet/basicad...-neuter-or-spay
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

this is also a good article to read, it lists out and gives a brief explanation of the benefits of spaying/neutering you pet....
