My new Cmoy is producing great sounds but when i measure the dc offset, i get about 90mV on the right and about 5mV on the left.. What should i do? 
Btw, the cmoy has no volume control and is at max volume (gain 6).. Using WIMA 1uf input caps..

What i can say is building from "salvage".

As i know musical fidelity x-10d don't use 7812 voltage regulator in the

power supply section....but the internet x-10d schematic used it.

Try to use a mix of both, like I usually do.

Sometimes RS has parts E14 does not. Sometimes RS is cheaper, sometimes E14 is cheaper.

anyone building NwAvGuy O2 amp? i was thinking of building one but omitting the battery and changing it to powered one.. is it a good idea?

why not?

Though the addition of the battery circuit is very minimal in terms of cost. More likely insignificant.

but to change battery when its low is quite troublesome after a while.. but maybe i'm mistaken..

It is designed for headphones. The PSU and the amp itself is designed from scratch. PSU is Linear Tech's high spec LT317 and LT337 (not to be confused with LM317/337).

Going to post more details after I'm done with the stress tests and benchmarks.

I'm saving money for an audio analyzer as well. Costs like at least 5k USD per unit.
Audio engineering sucks even more blood money than actual audiophilia.

Want audio precision but seems like takes a whole lot longer to save to get one
