No fee (Free for students). Except you pay overseas bills.

Not really expensive for flu vaccine. It costs around $25-30 which almost same price as in Malaysia.

If you want to take other types of vaccine then better take it in Malaysia because cheaper than here.

QUOTE(Saigo @ Jul 8 2009, 12:27 PM)
Hey guys,

I'm currently on Optus' Postpaid and signed a 1 year contract 'cause I was initially supposed to finish off my final year. I just found out from my parents that back home there are some financial and family difficulties and I may need to leave after 1 semester here at the end of this year. I've called Optus and they told me that I'm looking at $350 to cancel.. which is just way too much. Do you guys have any ideas what I can do to resolve this?
*
sad to hear that..
by the way now is what month for your contract?
i think pay the cancellation fee is the only way

but i think there got a policy that you can cancel the plan without any cost within 1 week you sign the contract..but you need find a "nice" excuse to cancel it..

i got 1 friend using 3 for 3-4 days and his area hard to get the coverage so he call up 3 and cancel it without any cost..

ya its called cooldown period. so saigo you can try return the phone and cancel the contract. i'm not encouraging you to lie but ya, desperate times calls for desperate measures.
i'm not sure on this but mayb you can return the phone by just saying you dont like the phone. thats why its called a cooldown period.
*
but for safety maybe he can try "say" that hard to get coverage at your area... tongue.gif

hey nokia n97 not yet launch in oz cause i went to the 3 telco shop in perth city just now...all the staff come to look at my n97...so funny...
*
australia here not same like malaysia which got many handphone shops around...and very limited choice..like N95,it is so long in the market but they still maintain it with higher price..i rather to get iphone/blackberry rather than "expensive old phone(contract)"
