So nobody knows where to make custom floor mats? Those with proper sewing that is... not just cut-out type...

Managed to find this on the net bro...

http://www.torque.com.sg/forums/showthread...=1231169&page=5

Supposedly original 3M mats, cut and sewn to order..

It's singapore-based though... Let's see if we can arrange a bulk order for discount, and then get a contact in singapore to help us out with it... Using exchange rate of RM2.4 = SGD 1, prices range from SGD 135 (RM324) - SGD 230 (RM552)...

Anybody drive the city at high speed like >100km/h ?
I'm curious on the handling, and if it feels floaty at high speed coz the old city/vios seems to be like that after 110km/h...

Anyone heard of diamondbrite paint coating?

I am contemplating putting on my new city, which should be coming in the next couple of days...

there's a demo video on this product... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuhG-g7sQ74

Supposedly it will protect your car's paint and for six years no need to polish/wax... Just hose off/light wash and put restorer once a month, and it will have a showroom shine for 6 years... There's even a 6 year warranty to back up their claims..

I got an ex-colleague who put it on his mazda 3, its been a year and so far he's been very satisfied...

Anyone tried this product before?? Anyone out there interested - maybe if do together can get discount.!!

I called and asked about it today, got to get it done at Glenmarie... It's 1388 per car... 10% discount if do in group i think...

Bout the same price as Shine N Shield, since Diamondbrite is for 6 yrs and shine N shield is 3 yrs.. But i heard shine and shield every 6 months need to send back for routine maintenance, which will set u back RM72...

I think for the concealer, you dont have to go back to them. You can do it on your own. After washing your car at any car wash, ask them to apply the concealer during the last rinse.

That's what i read n understand.

QUOTE
There is one small maintenance process, though. Once a month, a third solution called the ‘Conserver’ has to be applied to keep the surface intact. According to David, the process is simple; just add a capful of the solution to the final rinse when you wash your car, and that’s it. The conserver actually helps to build up the protective layer each time you apply it, and your car is supposed to look even better as time progresses.

Hmmm... Got to check on that... I think the concealer you can do it yourself as you wash your car.... Will check and let the rest know! smile.gif

I'm open to either the PPS Teflon at Shine N Shield or Diamondbrite, got to do some research first... hehe.. tongue.gif

Anyone out there tried before and got any comments/reviews?

Good to see that it has already been v2. I am closing the other thread. V1 was fun especially during the initial launch. icon_rolleyes.gif
