darn fxxking with the SA. Doesn't help me to nego anyway. Can I complain to peringgit and change another SA?

I manage to get lower interest rate myself form pbbank for 2.69. Maybank offer me 2.72, can't even lower a single point.
I know 0.03% only can save a hundred but just not feeling good with that SA.

Anyone bought their car from peringgit? Any comment?

When can we actually nego the free gift / cash discount? during signing the agreement?

If you can get the Showroom manager number, give him a call and complain .... Usually its in Honda website... Thats what I did.... I gave a call and on the same day the SA gave me a call and updated my car status .... Remember you are the customer and paying big bucks for the car ... He should be giving a nice service to you ...

Really, bro??
Coz i'm afraid after he knows that i complaint to the manager,
he might purposely delay my delivery. cry.gif

yea.. as other member said.. u can complain to their manager!

If u direct complain to HM malaysia... this SA will in big trouble d. u can complain ur SA when after u get the car.. HM malaysia will call u for feedback then tell the problem to them loh.. hehe

or maybe change ur SA d.. come to kulim here la... so next time we can go n serivce car together.. hehehe

maybe try ask ur SA about their branch total booking list.. u r how many?? ask per week .. all branch will get 8 - 16 car on 1st week and 3rd week every month... so u can agak guess when ur car will come.

if not misstaken.. kulim branch getting car fast d... past saturday when i go for 1k service, saw 2 big traders and 1 small 1 there to unload the car.. total about 27 NCH and 1 civic. so dont know whose the next person is taking the car there..  smile.gif

If you don't complain about being treated well, then you will never get any treatment. What to worry? Customer is ALWAYS right! Besides, your booking is in Honda's system, not up to them to decide to give or not to give you. So, nothing to fear.

As a consumer, if we fear things like this, we will always get shitty treatment and things never improve. Malaysia boleh mah...getting treated like crap also boleh lah...don't think it's the right attitude.

Wow I found their website is far more interesting than ours! It gave such a great impression to the car especially the video making you so tempting about the car! rclxm9.gif Anyway they highlight quite a lot of point on the NHC but at the same time those are the point that you guys complain about. The add on section also provide a lot of accessories which is really interesting and worth checking out! I think you guys should check out the website here http://city.honda.com.au/default.aspx.

Drive every drop
The 5-speed automatic City uses just 6.6 litres of fuel per 100 km, the manual just 6.3.* So you can drive past your local servo a lot more often. Sweet as. *The fuel consumption figure is based on ADR81/02 combined test results for City manual transmission.

Kick back with cruise control
It's a big country. Cruise control makes it a lot easier to get around. It takes the strain out of highway driving and can even boost your fuel economy on the open road. The steering wheel-mounted controls are right at your fingertips too.

Newly designed suspension
The City’s chassis, including its newly designed H-beam rear suspension, brings together the best combination of urban driving agility and higher speed stability. It’s responsive and smooth, even when you push it hard.

You know that feels good
Our engineers call it "holding ability". It's that comfortable, supportive and secure feeling of the City’s seats. You’ll want them in your lounge room, too.

Cool things off fast
The City’s standard air conditioning system includes vents in the rear seat floor area. Its quiet, high-volume performance cools everyone down fast.

Optimally placed speakers
The City's four speakers are tuned especially for the acoustic conditions of the cabin space. In other words, they sound great.

Hear the music, not the noise
With City's floor and roof sound insulation, as well as the noise-damping materials between you and the engine, it’s just you and your music inside.

Seatbelts that think fast
The City features 3-point (lap/sash) belts on all 5 seats. Plus, the front seats are equipped with a pre-tensioner system that tightens the belts when a strong frontal impact is detected.
