I've sprained my ankle about 6 years ago. Had no problem with walking and running. But I notice my gait is unnatural , my foot seemed to be misaligned with my knee. So is Chiro a good option?

And which Chiro in KL is best for such cases?

Has anyone managed to get their herniated disc problem fixed by going to chiro sessions?

Bro, from my personal experience, Chiro sessions are temporary reliefs.

I don't know how cracking spinal and neck joints supposed to cure everything. Sounds suspicious. They will talk and see see a bit and then perform the same cracking procedures on everyone. Lol. U feel shiok from cracking only. He he...

Usually 1st Consultation around 180-200.
Follow up will be around 120-150.
Or they might ask you to sign 'package' which will bring the fees down to about 80-120 per visit, depending on how much you sign, the more you sign, the cheaper it'll be.
*take note, they usually have a time limit for packages, so better sign what you need, not what they think you need.

Used to have terrible pain pretty much affecting my quality of life.
now just go for maintenance care once every 1-2 months.

Look for my chiropractor Deon Lee, he is the senior chiropractor at Sunway Geo branch.
They practices Gonstead Technique, I have to take x ray before starting with treatment

when to one at ss2 recently.
consultation and first treatment: rm510. (including x-ray)
2nd treatment: rm170.
3ird treatment: rm170
4th treatment: won't be going again.

Meet one of the patients from the USA at the chiropractic clinic. He said he didn't expect Malaysia chiropractor charge almost the same price as in the USA.

Perhaps that the reason why Chiropractor was not recognized by the medical field list as Physiotherapy. If we can follow the rules of the strict exercises schedules by a Physiotherapy. We can relieve our pain at no time. Instantly of hiring someone to have done the job for us only. Furthermore, we can do the Physiotherapy exercises in the comfort of our home without any addiction bill to pay for.

Don't you think is ridiculous to have a place for assign-up a package for a treatment? Is was more like a package to a gym. lol

You got the point, if they take time to adjust the spine into x number of session then will be costly.

technically a spine could not be twist back as some chiro do claim. actually, a chiro will do is only strengthen our muscle to have a better support for our spinal and relief of the pain. after trying out some treatment with the chiro. Is a disappointment, what they do concern of is your next appointment. I prefer to go back to the physiotherapy for treatment. I use to have acute pain from my lower right back until my toe. I hardly can stand straight or even walk and have a sleepless nightmare. but after attending a physiotherapy treatment for a week the pain was gone. NOTE: but only 90% cure, once in a while there will be a recurrence. i suggest i must be lazy to have followed up with what the physio strict advice exercises we must do at home.

From my view, even a God will not be able to have adjusted our spinal. If a chiro who keep request us for next appointment. We should forget it.

Thank you for your opinion and I respect that. Whats works for me may not work for you and same goes for everyone. This debate can go on for years yet there won’t be an end and who is wrong or right.

Pls don't take it as a debate, we members at lowyat are just trying to share out our experience with those treatments. The USA patient told me. he spends rm3,220 for 8 treatments without any result. Do you wish to continue the treatment in the first place again?

Thanks, I'm getting better with following up with the physio strict schedule advice to exercise at home in time. (One hour of exercises in the morning and night). Least will not have cost me a bomb to have to pay a visit to a chiro anyway. Yes, you are right, there is an alternative treatment. But where again? There was a great tit tar master at Setiawan Perak before. He doesn't care where is your pain form when he inspects our spine just a few pinches at the back of our spinal and you re-cure. Furthermore, you don't need to have to pay for the second visit if you re not cured. Unfortunately, this Master is not around anymore.

anyone can recommend good tit tar in pj area?
i went to osteo care in ss2 for my ankle and they just cincai finish the job. pain is still same like before and this is 2nd treatment.
