If you don't have a regular family doctor, then just go to a clinic and request a referral letter to a chiropractor But may I ask why are you requesting for a deferment for this semester? You can actually concurrently run your chiropractic treatments and studies at the same time.

My upper back hurts like hell, i feel like my nerves are in a tight knot and something is pulling it, even when lifting a hand can sometimes hurt so bad, when i sleep at night it hurts really bad to shift from one side to the other. I went to 3 different style of massage therapy but none could fix it. Someone suggested that i should see a chiropractor so here i am asking if what I'm suffering needs a fix by a chiropractor.

FYI, I'm a full-time grab driver so i drive long hours. I am 99% sure whatever I'm suffering right now is due to the long hours of driving. The pains been going on for a week now.
I don't exercise regularly but do simple stretches early in the morning before i head out.

If there's any chiropractor in here, do you feel i should go see one? Is there a chiropractor that offers free 1st time consultation because i don't want to pay so much if my back still hurts afterwards.

I'm in KL btw, from damansara to be specific but i don't mind going anywhere around KL and it's surrounding area so long it's in KL and Selangor.. and affordable ofcourse 😁

Anyone have any chiropractor to recommend? My neck hurts like hell after the i woke up from sleep. Previously was uncomfortable but this time it affects my head and giving me headache now. :sad:

Need advice, during my schooling days i used to play softball, and the action of throwing the ball actually caused pain to my shoulder joints. Even till today (after 10 years), i will feel the pain after some badminton session. usually can this be fixed by a chiro in 1 / 2 sessions and without signing up for a package? Usually how much does it cost per session?

Do you think something that has already been bothering you for 10 years can be treated in 1 or 2 sessions ?
Even Pro Players like Roger Federer or Rafa Nadal took long medical leaves , that with their resources.

Or have to go through treatment for at least a few months.
How much? Ask the doctor.
By the way, Government hospitals also can, if you have the time to wait.
