Is was impossible there a good tit tar master around in these days. Most were from the corporate clinic which looks for making a profit only. Perhaps you should have look for a place where the founder will attend to you personally than their trainee to done the job. A chiro may be too expensive to try. Thou a physio may help us to have reduced the pain but not 100% cure. Useless we follow the strict schedule exercises for the rest of our life. 

You may proceed with the X-ray test and bring the result back to them for analysis and consultation. Certain amount fees is payable to the hospital.

After the consultation they like to suggest a package to you. It is up to you to accept it.

Or you can said you need time to consider and bring the x Ray result to other chiropractic or doctors for second opinion.

We need a good doctor who can cure our spine issue. Cost is secondary important IMO.

All I can said is that Dr mike is the most experienced doctor there. Everyone have different opinion.

Do expect long term treatment is required, i. e., regular maintenance is needed even after the your spine has rectified so that it does not go back to bad shape again.
