Hired........ Senior Member 3,705 posts Joined: Sep 2004 From: Malaysia	cons of java fit is the folding size, the size is kinda big compare to others (even XDS) due to the handle bar is folded outside and not between the wheel..... but the price .....ya still acceptable..

Being a noob and first time going for a cycling event, I decided to take the 30km. I have been to a couple of run events, and compared them to this... this event really feels like a little kelam kabut. Yes, I know I shouldn't be comparing a run event with cycling event but then I'm new so I have nothing to compare except that. Note that I'm not criticizing. Parking area where everyone are waiting Some of the events hickups:- -Starting point changed 3 times. The final starting point was announced 2 days before the day. Even today, the starting point isn't clear. They said i-City, but it is actually before that. They put 1 person standing at the junction with a tiny signage diverting cars for a immediate right turn into the car park. Kind of dangerous. -According to schedule, both categories supposed to start at different time but both end up same. They didn't even announce it is being combined. Upon starting, there was some confusion for the 30km category -130km category was cut short cause landslide along the route (nothing can be done with this) -At the roundabout (10th km) where the 130km and 30km supposed to split, it was a little confusing. Before they started, they told us there will be 2 diff colour signage showing where to go but when we are there it wasn't clear (or hard to notice cause too short notice) -There was a regroup after the roundabout for all the 30km cyclist. We waited about 10 minutes -After another 10km, there was another regroup. We waited another 15 minutes -At the finishing, distance isn't 30km. It is about 26km (based on GPS) They supposed to give breakfast (take away), cert and lucky draw. I didn't want to wait and so I left. So what happened after, I don't know. This event was overall good. I enjoyed it. My first on the road cycling event. I'll definitely go for more... Yeah. Got it painted already at the shop. I think they use the nail polish. Camera = Samsung Note 2. Out of box comes with Panaroma function. Snap and just move the phone left to right and it will auto stitch. Yes, already signed up for the OCBC folding ride

My front is Callipers and rear is V-Brake. To change, each type comes in 2 pairs. Since my front and rear is different, I need to buy 2 diff types. Therefore, I will have spares each for front and rear. Kind of expensive.
