I prefer grandis compared to usj height and mainly from township perspective.

Now is genuine buyers market to sapu as owners are more desperate now. You will get good deals this year. Setia alam many G&G to consider as well

clubhouse is good for those who like condo facilities on landed property.
For USJ heights, the niche is no house is below 1mil . In fact when i was launched, it was already 800k onwards |

honestly from day 1 I dont like Putra Heights.
The commercial area is pathetic, and the road system? non existing. I would rather stay in 30 years old house in Subang Jaya than Putra Heights. |
