QUOTE(BRE @ Jan 6 2015, 07:29 AM) Commercial area in PH is slow but wait till the LRT hub in PH is open for service, then you will see the difference! Yup. Preference still PH. Boss jhbey, it seems that you like PH, so your preference will still be PH? Ya. Looking at laman putra. Seems like Laman putra, grandis & Mascarena palms not many ppl let go. Laman putra 26x80 built up small, the car porch big la. |

I also honestly dislike putra height..so bare and cheap. I love Subang Jaya especially SS17 and 19 (i might be biase coz I have a house there). Not a fan of USJ height..so jammed up and looks hot. Setia alam have a serene feeling (i might be biase as I have a house there as well) but whatever it is, u got visit and make your own judgement. Its not a RM10 purchase so choose what u really like. Everyone have different taste and needs. I personally love Gita bayu the most (my biggest regret as didnt get a bungalow there last time when it was so cheap

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jan 7 2015, 02:05 AM) Yup. Preference still PH. That is because SD likes to build houses with courtyards and "backlanes", that is why the b/up looks small! Ya. Looking at laman putra. Other areas like Sec 10 & 9 of PH also OK IMO as it's near the LRT hub and Giant- although not GG, some sections are guarded communities, Bro hitammetalic, this one individual preference la, one man's meat can be other man's poison! PH cheap? Compared to BU of course it is cheap which is good for buyers! This post has been edited by BRE: Jan 7 2015, 06:37 PM |

I personally love Gita bayu the most (my biggest regret as didnt get a bungalow there last time when it was so cheap for residential, there are few segments there. The initial phases were pretty affordable and now looks a bit old, there other segment which are near the shop area (putra point). those are quite decent and mostly with proper guardhouse. The third area is where the glades, palms, kingsley hills, etc These are more exclusive, but price is substantially higher. The glades pricing is exorbitant. |

I think SJ jam quite manageable if u know some small roads. I never facing any jam issue when I stay there. Now, I believe only the road alongEmpire Subang is jam. If USJ 2, 3 or 4, I think the jam towards Federal Highway also quite minimal only. If 10 years, really sakit kepala. |

They claim that puchong so convenient and PH is like desserted and ulu. But I like quiet residential mah. |

QUOTE(jhbey @ Jan 12 2015, 01:46 AM) Wahahaha.... Peace & Harmony Yah, bro PH to me is the best, it has less traffic and it's quiet but not too far away from the shopping malls like Main Place, One City, IOI Mall, Subang Parade, Empire Shopping Gallery & Sunway Pyramid! Agree. I like here as is not so pack and jam. Many of my friends like puchong. Where I don't like. They claim that puchong so convenient and PH is like desserted and ulu. Yes, bro big difference as Puhcong is huge! Certain parts of Puchong also looked "deserted" like Putra Prima or Puchong Utama etc, certain parts are busy like hell ie Bdr Puteri, Bdr Puchong Jaya etc. PH just nice la, sandwiched beetween SJ, USJ, Puchong & Shah Alam! |

thats always the 2 sided coins. really depends on your requirement and the environment that you prefer
There is not many new housing area in SJ or even USJ or even Putra heights. Those new ones are mostly on the higher end market For puchong, there are getting less as well, plenty of development extend farther away from LDP and already spill into the leasehold part of puchong and closer to cyberjaya This post has been edited by spydermind: Jan 13 2015, 09:25 PM |

QUOTE(spydermind @ Jan 13 2015, 10:23 PM) thats always the 2 sided coins. really depends on your requirement and the environment that you prefer Yes bro because PH, SJ & USJ are developed by 1 developer only ie SD and other developers will have land for developments here provided SD sold some lands to them - for example MCT (Kingsley Hill), Marvelane Homes (PH) etc. There is not many new housing area in SJ or even USJ or even Putra heights. Those new ones are mostly on the higher end market For puchong, there are getting less as well, plenty of development extend farther away from LDP and already spill into the leasehold part of puchong and closer to cyberjaya Puchong case is different as the major developer there IOI only control a portion, although a sizeable one, of Puchong. |
