No residential club house...nothing...elek....

Entrance from batu tiga is a typical industrial setting...not many shops around there except for a chinese place where most workers go for lunch on weekdays. The other entrance takes you to usj near taipan.

Good if you want a secure and safe place but nothing kore than that

Fairly overpriced as it's nearby subang hi tech industrial park, cemetery, HTC n is actually near batu tiga shah alam.

Good thing will be mixed developments by Tropicana n BRDB near USJ heights...

One good example I can quote is Damansara Lagenda semi Ds. There are quite a number of owners moving to the development right next to it...think it's Damansara Idaman for the facility

I prefer grandis compared to usj  height and mainly from township perspective.

Now is genuine buyers market to sapu as owners are more desperate now. You will get good deals this year. Setia alam many G&G to consider as well

Yes boss, some more the Chinese school and LRT station is nearby. so good for the occupiers LRT is the alternative mode of transport if you dont want to get stuck in traffic jams or dont want to incur parking fees.

clubhouse is good for those who like condo facilities on landed property.

For USJ heights, the niche is no house is below 1mil . In fact when i was launched, it was already 800k onwards

honestly from day 1 I dont like Putra Heights.
The commercial area is pathetic, and the road system? non existing.

I would rather stay in 30 years old house in Subang Jaya than Putra Heights.

Commercial area in PH is slow but wait till the LRT hub in PH is open for service, then you will see the difference!

Boss jhbey, it seems that you like PH, so your preference will still be PH? Laman Putra seems OK, price also not as high as Grandis & Mascarena Palms, although it is not fully GG.

That is because SD likes to build houses with courtyards and "backlanes", that is why the b/up looks small!

Other areas like Sec 10 & 9 of PH also OK IMO as it's near the LRT hub and Giant- although not GG,  some sections are guarded communities,

PH can also mean Peace & Harmony! SJ & USJ IMO are full of vehicles - my friend jokingly said SJ means "super jam", USJ means "ultra super jam"!
