Thank you all who came from the forum and from others.....great to meet the members and make new friends.

Great conversation around clothing, tailoring, different cultures and offcourse food....

Too busy to take much pics, just a few snippets.

There is still tomorrow, please come by to say hi and to a meet the gang and Jerry.
Give me a call before coming to avoid any disappointment, we can still accommodate some last minute guest.

My mobile is 012-2067048

Part of the cloth selection that Jerry brought over. Good mix of everything.

CIMB wouldn't let me pay Invision Power Services (the host of thekerbau.com) either directly or through PayPal. I keep getting to the 6-digit OTP stage, but not beyond. CIMB doesn't itself see that payment keeps getting rejected. As far as CIMB is concerned, there was no payment request. They promise to call me with a solution in about two working days.

Just curious, how much does Wardrobe charge nowdays just for workmanship?

For this price, I could get you a fully canvassed suit in Zegna Trofeo.

The best tailor in KL was Ivan at Auger Mate, tiny place in Sungei Wang but he retired this year. He would order any material you like but obviously u would have to wait. I've had Zegna and Loro Piano suits. Obviously stripes line up, buttons work etc. he trained at London College of Fashion. Now I'm stuck to find a new tailor. 😢

I just had my suit tailor made, then i notice that the boutonniere is just a dummy with button hole stitching without the actual hole.

I made the suit mainly for wedding occasion, and intend to be used in possible future formal occasions. Should i have the tailor open up the boutonniere or have the boutonniere in the pocket like a typical groom?

I'm interested to learn more about the trousers in this set of pics. Are those your creation?

Those belong to Jerry Tong from Prologue who traveled to KL for the trunk show.

He will be back in Jan 2018 so be sure to check this thread for further updates.
