Time to unbox the long overdue purchase from Endclothing. Again, it was a group purchase as with my meagre contribution it was impossible for me to qualify for free international shipping by Fedex.

These were what we ordered:

These were my contribution:

A black 500ml Kinto travel tumbler, crafted from stainless steel in double-walled construction. What does it simply mean is it retains both heat and cold, and will not cause any discomfort to your hands when you hold it. Also, since it is powder-coated, it prevents scratches which makes this ideal for any drink on the go:

I think I mentioned before that I have no fashion sense, and a self-proclaimed boring (nerdy) guy. Hence, with my limited knowledge I only procure Fred Perry polos.

A special collaboration between Fred Perry and Japanese label Beams for the very first time. It features a multiple Laurel Wreath logos in super oversized silhouette:

It comes with four Laurel Wreath logos:

An orange side tab with slits:

Double collar labels, product style code SM8020:

For those who have been to Japan, Beams will be no stranger to you. Starting as a small retail shop in Harajuku, Tokyo in 1976, Beams has since grown into a conglomerate lifestyle chain store in Japan.

And in case you want to know, yes, our parcel was taxed.

How was the fit for FP x Beams? Do you have a fit pic? biggrin.gif

Planning on getting one but hoping that the XS won't be too big.

This one is really really oversize I am getting it just for collection. Don’t think I will wear it.

If you are already wearing XS and plan to get wear this, I will not recommend it.

I haven't posted any haul since the beginning of this year, mainly because my personal laptop has been giving me a lot of issues (well, what do you expect from a 6-year old Sony Vaio) and I have been extremely busy (who said working from home is fun??). Since today is Easter Sunday, please allow me to sort and post some insignificance.

An order that I placed end of last year and arrived in Jan 2021, a couple of limited edition Cire Trudon candles that have been sold out.

It was a shame that a free sample decided to leak. Luckily it only smeared the outer box:

I have owned and sampled quite a few candle brands, including those by Diptyque, FdB, APC, and Cire Trudon perhaps is the only candle that I won't mind paying at retail.

Have a safe and blessed Easter.

If you have nothing to do, just stay at home.

Window shopping is not a healthy exercise.

I came across these and have to bring them home:

This has my princess' name on it; it is a no brainer:

user posted image

I didn't expect these to be available here, I mean how are they going to compete with the overly popular L'occitane in Malaysia:

user posted image

"Savon liquide de Marseille" doesn't refer to a specific brand. If you google it, the result will return with a few soap makers as all these soap makers are so proud to be producing soap in Marseille that they don't need their brand names to be the selling point. The soaps that I procured were produced by this company called Compagnie de Provence.

Marseille is a port city in southern France, the largest city in Provence region and second largest city in France. This Provence region has been famous for soap making in the last 600 years. L'occitane, or in full, L'occitane en Provence is a more well-known soap maker in Malaysia, originally from this region.

I have a small contribution during an online marketplace's birthday celebration.

These two were from Aesop Malaysia:

Very nice packaging. Just look at the choice of packing materials with their own shipping boxes. This, is professional. And also set them apart from others.

Ken's Apothecary used to be the sole distributor for Aesop before this Australian brand decided to stand on its own more than 10 years ago. However, should Ken's were still the distributor for Aesop, I don't think they can ever match Aesop Malaysia's standards. The packaging by Ken's is just plain horrible.

This was my first online purchase from Ken's:

First time buying through Ken's Apothecary's online store. All I can say is the shopping experience is very disappointing. Just look at the packaging after spending a good RM800 for a pair of candles:

Ken's Apothecary should learn from Aesop Malaysia.

I received an email from Nose Paris that all Creed perfumes will have a price increase starting 1 April. I decided to get a bottle of 100ml Aventus since it was at a good price after the VAT deduction. It happened to be my first perfume purchase for this year.

The box was huge I need to unbox it in my car and discard it so that I could smuggle it into my house:

Some of you may aware that I am hunting for Creeds in discontinued bottles, and the discontinued bottles don't only limit to the 120ml, but also 75ml.

And it happened that during the recent Ken's warehouse sales, I was told that some 75ml Creeds had mystically appeared. With the kind assistance of a fellow fragrance collector, I managed to secure a bottle of Erolfa in 75ml bottle:

If you mix with the wrong group, your wallet will bleed (I did say so, didn't I?).

Thanks to a friend who alerted me that Jo Malone was on sales at the international airport and helped me procuring these two when he was on business trip to the East Malaysia.

Always come in a premium packaging:

On the right, Lime Basil and Mandarin for my daughter and in the middle, Wood Sage and Sea Salt for HM. The one on the left, Vetyver, is mine, procured long time ago at the Survarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok:

Officially my first posting with my newly acquired Vaio SX12.

Another perfume unboxing, this round was from the house of Amouage.

A friend helped me to get this during the most recent Valiram warehouse sales, and I rushed to his place after work.

The Amouage Interlude Black Iris. Photo taken whilst I was still at his place:
