I am still confused about getting an E71 or 5800, can anyone recommend me some really strong points about getting 5800 instead of E71?

And which phone would last 3,4 years + in terms of future proofbility (is that even a word?) and style?
*
3 or 4 years hmm.gif

i'd suggest you go for non-touch screen better.

you see, there's no guarantee on your hardware after a year or so. and touch wood, repairing cost for a touch screen would be more costly at times.

hmm.gif make me consider buying a normal non-touchscreen phone again..

avaxx warranty 1 year only? hardware wise it's more expensive if need to be repaired?

guys
i figured out that we can do geotagging on our 5800 as well
what u need to do is
go to nokia betalabs website and download an application named"location tagger"
http://www.nokia.com/betalabs/locationtagger

it's actually the beta version for those found on n82, n78, n85 etc b4 it's being productized and integrated into the phone system

have fun^^

the key is list down what u need in a phone because those 2 phones are targeted towards different market segment.

I just need a phone with MAXIMUM functionality and still look sexy. I'm a bit wary about 5800 as a touch-screen music player since i got my own iPod touch to molest everyday.

Should I get the same thing twice?

neh, those RM200 nokia low end phone can last 3,4 years.tongue.gif

future proofbility? you mean you scare in the future people will use brain to communicate so peoeple see you still use mouth and ear to communicate people will laugh at you? doh.gif

phone will get outdated very fast no matter how advanced it is today. so buy a phone for what you want that you can use it over and over again. say, SE K800i, although already old, doesn't mean it cannot take good picture. it still take picture as good as when it's launch. but if you die die want to compare yourself with newer phones, that's your own problem not your phone problem. sweat.gif
