when oc my msi n275gtx the clock only can set to

gpu=738
(higher = shutdown)

shader=1150
(higher = shutdown)

memry = 1180
(higher = shutdown)

it should can reach around 740/1600/1300

so now hunting for power supply hahehe

hye everyone...

i'm new here....quite noob in oc...

my GC;
Asus ENGTX275
software i use;
- nvidia control panel
- gpu-z
- furmark
- already download latest forceware, but not install yet...4 now using stock driver...
here's my early attempt oc trial...

user posted image

still waiting for final result...after this wanna try 3rdmark06 for benchmark...

until now, my gc temp seems fine...manually set fan speed to 90%, average full load around 60-63C... tongue.gif

not using rivatuner yet cos wanna try oc using nvidia control panel 1st...

is there any diff in oc'ing accuracy & performance when using either one (nvidia control panel vs rivatuner).........???

shouldnt be, isnt it...???

- a noob question...i never use furmark before...how long will it take 4 stability test run to show the result...???

update: my pc crash... sweat.gif restart, install latest forceware (191.07), suddenly the oc tuner in nvidia control panel gone.... shocking.gif
seems like gonna try riva tuner later.... -sigh-

some temps previously shown in previous driver are not showing up with the current 191.07 driver for my gpu. therefore the evga precision osd isnt displaying the temp anymore.

hey guys, i got quite a few noob questions abt gc...

1st of all, when choosing gc, what is most important???

4870 vapor-x 2gb is obviously having 2gb of memory and 256 bit, and a gtx 285 is having 1gb of memory but 512 bit...

a 9800gt got 1800mhz of reference clock rate memory (or something like that), but a 4850 only got around 993 mhz, and yet both are 1gb...

so guys, can anyone tell me which is more important?

i'm very confused already...

there are have ratio for GPU like core : shader : memory similar with CPU ratio smile.gif increase shader mhz better than increase core mhz speed if not wrong flex.gif
