I think no more dijamin sampai esok already... my friend sent me his razer mousepad last thursday... until now still haven't arrived.. I've been checking and rechecking using the track and trace thing.. tracking number didn't register from Thursday UNTIL TODAY.

Then I got scared to hell when evening just now it said:

Item held by custom for inspection. 17:49 12-Sep-2011, PPL Batu Caves..
Now it says Item dispatch out from origin station.... 21:06... PPL Batu Caves also... which means I'm safe right?

Posekspress no longer dijamin sampai esok. The envelope no longer print dijamin sampi esok on  it.

i think it depend la. example, poslaju kuala terengganu provide good service to make sure dijamin sampai esok. they start using motorcycle many month ago. my poscode not even in the list dijamin sampai esok. but so far all stuff the seller sent to me delivered to me on the next day. below is the envelope of posekspress. One with "Dijamin Sampai Esok" on it, and one dont have. =)

Yea, i know it depends. Sometimes even pos daftar can receive in 1 day. If you need faster delivery, better opt for poslaju

just now i use pos express ,the biggest box RM7 to send 100 pcs of mask to my bro ,and the box got kembang bit (bit nia) ,will my item get rejected ?

hi guys, just want to ask you all about a cheat.
I usually use pos ekspress to post non-document items. And 30% of the time, my letter get rejected and would bounce back to my house. I've noticed the trend of the rejection. I am from PJ, and if I were to send non documents with pos ekspress to PENANG, confirm will kena reject. Even a small think bracelet also will kena.

so my question is,

have anyone of you tried writing the same address at the 'kepada' and 'daripada' column? cause if they wanna reject, they'd somehow have to send to the address I want to send to also. But would it make sense for the sender to write a PENANG address and post it at a PJ post office?

or does anyone else have any other suggestions. thanks.

I could have tracked the envelope via the tracking system, however I do not know the tracking number (since I'm in a hurry at that time ).  Called the hotline and the representative was unable to track my envelope since I do not have the tracking number.   The representative also informed me that Pos Ekspress do not require verification (i.e. signature and identification card); anyone could have picked up the envelope.

Could the envelope has been stolen or lost?  If the envelope has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

Tips For Sending A Pos Ekspress Document/Parcel

* Always make sure you use the correct size of envolope and do NOT use too much force to seal the envolope or it may tear when delivery in progress .
* Always use cellophone tape to seal the envolope to prevent it from tear when delivery in progress .
* DO NOT use it to send valuble items and 'Fragile' items .
* MAX Weight is 500G .

Step On How To Send PosEkspress Parcel :

1 ) Write the receiver name / address / contact number on the front .
2 ) Write your address on the back .
3 ) Peel off the yellow sticker in the front , keep it for future reference , that is the parcel tracking number .
4 ) Put the document . parcels that you wnat to send inside the envolope now .
5 ) Peel off the double sided-tape and seal the envolope
6 ) As for extra protection , cellotape the envolope seal and walla ! Your item is ready to be sent !
7 ) Drop it into any Yelllow PosEkspress Mail Box !
8 ) Done !
