I need some help here...

I have sent some documents via Pos Ekspress 2 weeks ago and my recipient informed me that he hasn't received my documents.

I could have tracked the envelope via the tracking system, however I do not know the tracking number (since I'm in a hurry at that time ). Called the hotline and the representative was unable to track my envelope since I do not have the tracking number. The representative also informed me that Pos Ekspress do not require verification (i.e. signature and identification card); anyone could have picked up the envelope.

Could the envelope has been stolen or lost? If the envelope has been lost or stolen, what should I do?

The documents aren't really urgent, though the problem is it will take quite some time getting back the documents...
