I have sent some documents via Pos Ekspress 2 weeks ago and my recipient informed me that he hasn't received my documents.
I could have tracked the envelope via the tracking system, however I do not know the tracking number (since I'm in a hurry at that time
Could the envelope has been stolen or lost? If the envelope has been lost or stolen, what should I do?
