bryanyeo, go ipodtouchfans.com and look for 2nd gen touch/ redsn0w section.

if u using mac, it is hell easy. The JB process is not long but... your backup and restoring consume times.

For beginner, it might scare you abit. After you have successful restore the custom ipsw, it will have a BLACK SCREEN without any logo or anything. And you have to DFU, and do the patching again.

I can't get most of them, connection timeout =.=

Which means it will be a first generation, probably around RM700-RM800 in my opinion since the second generation can be bought for RM1229 (retail price).

Did y'all USB ports stop working after installed libusb ? I mean on Windows

Edit: I got it back by reinstalling libusb with XP SP2 compatibility mode.
