Weird.. My account credit is back to the amount before I went on my shopping spree earlier on. Not that I'm complaining
About scratches, ZAGG has a solution for that IINM. Try Googling for some other brands. Places like Machines probably have em too. |

Try getting the order ID from him, should be able to process. Or just tell him scratched or need send iPod to warranty so need replace lah

When you connect your iPod to your PC with the cable, it should show up as an external drive. Go into the folders and you would find the screenshots.

What sort of hotspots? Places like Starbucks? Probably due to low signal? And certain wireless connections such as my school's requires proxy setup, can't surf without the proxy settings.
