Perhaps its time for you to get the sample before buying... if i know 2/3 of the products doesn't work on me, I would have just bought the cleanser straight away rather than the trial kit.

Just a question, if that particular moisturiser clogs ure skin when u r in ure mid 20's, will they do the same thing when you are mid 30's? Quite curious about this.
*
First thing is to determine whether the moisturizer is the cause of the clogging of pores. Sometimes it's just a coincidence or a combination of products caused the breakouts. Maybe some ingredients in the moisturizer does not suit your skin. Looking at the ingredient list of the moist emulsion I don't see anything that is potentially pore clogging..but some ingredients like Betula Alba (birch bark extract) and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (licorice root extract) might be the cause. The other humectants and skin conditioners in the moist emulsion won't clog pores and is probably present in almost all oil free moisturizers. Alcohol can also be another cause as the moist emulsion does contain it but in acceptable amounts for most people. Sorry a bit off topic...

Skin changes and if u r oily skinned now for example things will be different when u r in your 30s...but allergies don't.

Different concentrations of ingredients between the 2 products. U should try it once more to see if the product really is the cause.

Guys. After you use the shiseido hydrating lotion for a long time does it make your skin glowy? I'm looking for products that give that kind of result.

Btw how much is the 150ml size? Isnt it weird to have it packaged in a cylinder with rectangular cross-section?

I been using it for about a month now and I does seem my skin looks better...but it could caused by other products im using haha. Hydrating Lotion provides basic moisture to skin that's it. If u want something more effective u gotta get the serums and creams I guess...u know the expensive ones LOL.

the 150ml costs RM130. I dun find the packaging weird...it looks very nice and is very functional...it has a drip type nozzle so wont end up using too much. I bought the RM99 trial pack today coz I wanted to try the total revitalizer cream.

I can't tell you that yet as I've just started using it for at most 1 month. Basically if your skin is well hydrated, it would look lively? lol. As for the price, its rm130 for that 150ml size. There is only 1 size btw. The packaging isn't cylinder, almost rectangular all the way. Nothings weird with the packaging. Seems very classical style to me. Upon using it, you will feel your skin is soft and supple, just like after applying a hydrating mask, but this stays on for almost the whole day. Good stuff indeed.

I just applied the total revitalizer minutes ago and its really light and goes on smooth...i thought it would be creamy n heavy...it seems more gel than cream. It feels even lighter than the moist emulsion tbh haha. But it's too expensive to use every night sad.gif so im planning to use it 2-3 nights a week and the moist emulsion on other nights.. The SA at mid valley was very generous and cute...I was given 4 samples..scrub, 2 hydrating lotion and one cleanser...I din even ask for samples and she gave me 4 haha. I probably have enuf Shiseido Men products now to last me one whole year LOL.

LOL, hrm... maybe not, the cleanser seems to finish fast even when I use 5 cent portion. As I bought the trial pack cleanser, its 30ml. I think I've used it for 1 month+.. ok make it 1.5 months. I don't think the 125ml cleanser will last me 6 months lol...

In my case I have 1 30ml cleanser, a regular size 125ml and 3 more 7ml samples. So that's why i said i got a one year supple haha. Been using my 125ml tube for 1.5months and i think there is still quite a lot left...but i do agree that 6months would be a little on the impossible side. But compared to my other gel based cleanser the Shiseido Cleansing Foam is more economical as I need to use less.

Haven't tried that brand yet. Just look at the ingredients of both and so some research. Glycolic acid and retinol are 2 of the best known ingredients that have been proven to successfully fade acne scars. Take note that these 2 ingredients will cause irritation and photosensitivity.

I find most cleansers that promise oil control, whitening and anti acne to be gimmicks because how effective can the cleanser be when u are going to wash it off anyway. Better u save the money and invest in a good whitening serum.

Retinal products take 2-3 months (sometimes up to 6 months) to see a real noticeable difference. Lots of people expect fast results and end up giving up fast. But something like Diacneal is more suited for guys aged 25 and above.

U should give up another month or 2. Not using a strong sunscreen in the day will make lessen the benefit of Diacneal.
