Consider not bad, send from KL to Jb received on next day.

But my house just few street from their jb station .

Getting pissed off with the stupid kangaroo. They tried to deliver on Thursday but I wasn't around so I called the mobile phone number listed there but no response. Called the main line, got redirected, also no response. Sent a mail via the contact form on their website, also no response.

Oddly the tracking said it was out for delivery yesterday at 5pm but no one came.

Dont worry. SOmetime may be their delay our parcel. Especially the address is out of town/city...

So far i use the kangaroo service is good and cheapest!

Try to call who the branch sent , and ask she/he track the parcel for u.

yes, their lorry drive on midnight , and morning deliver parcel, why weird?

may i know the kangaroo pick up parcel service got extra charge? if parcel is about 1.5kg, how kangaroo charge? thanks!

Kangaroo flew my planes so many times, called for pick up. Out of 1 week, there will be several similar cases.

funny. the service is either very bad or friendly.

kangaroo are better than poslaju

stupid kangaroo at sitiawan, never answer their phone, i called thousand time!

Hmm...i think it depends on the situation and the attitude of the mail carriers in charge. I have been using poslaju and had never encountered any problem so far, they even handled my international parcels with care.

facing problem with kangaroo now...

8 august - item sent

11 august
called to ask about the status, kangaroo's staff ask me to give them some time to find my parcel. In the afternoon, got a called from kangaroo and was told that they found my parcel and will arrange with consignee for delivery.

15 august
called kangaroo again to ask for status as consignee still havent receive call or parcel from kangaroo. They told me to give them some time to locate the parcel AGAIN. After few hours, person in charge called me back and tell me they dont know where is my parcel and couldnt give me a good explanation. I ask him to give me an answer by tomorrow which is 16 august.



Anyone here face the same problem with me?? What should i do if in the end they still cant find my parcel?? what should i request from them?? what compensation??

i feel that its quite ridiculous as they need few hours to locate the parcels instead of just check in their system... Last thursday told me they found it, and today they tell me they dont know where is it...
